I paid for my meal at the kiosk inside. I selected no receipt. (Big mistake) they wanted me to pay for it again. I'm not going to. They refused me my lunch.
They also seemed severely agitated that I was even in the building. They spent more time horsing around with each other than any focus on why they are actually there. I want my $20 back.
I have eaten at nearly every Taco Bell in St. Louis (over past 20 years) and this Taco Bell (in Indiana!) has blown my
Mind. In St Louis the soft taco tortillas are dry, they never put the right amount of cheese or lettuce, and I swear they must squeeze all the fats and juice out of the meats.
But today (while I’m touring the area) I stumble onto this Taco Bell and it’s like I was blasted back to the very early 2000’s when people took pride in their cooking, their presentation, and doing their jobs! Bravo team — really I was blown away at the fresh and tasty portions you served me tonite. Do it like that EVERY time. And please don’t change a darn thing! Good Job!
usually pretty good but don't go late at night because the line is always extremely long and the weight is forever
Just gonna say kids are so damn lazy these days! My food was just warm!! Warm and soggy! I watched them make it pulling every thing before it should have because they want to hurry up and get back to the phone! My last visit!
Order was completely wrong..called them.was put on hold for 25 min.. called bk got Voice mail..no one returned call. Spent $27.00 and finally the next day spoke to.manager who was sry for the mix up and offered to replace my entire order, when I went to pick it up the same guy who took my order the day before was at the drive thru.He said " oh I remember you. I only replaced 2 of your items , I reminded him that his manager said to replace Everything " his reply was well, she's not here so this is what you get.i will NEVER go to that Taco Bell on Washington St again. Horrible experience.
Service is always good. Food is inconsistent sometimes. Sometimes there is barely any filling. The spicy level also varies by day.
In the time it took you to explain the register wasn't open and you'd like me to use the kiosk, you could have just taken my order! If I wanted to use the kiosk I wouldn't be at the counter! And I'm going to pay in cash which last I checked still requires me to go to the register. Meanwhile a gaggle of lazy employees are standing around doing nothing.
The food was great they just give you two napkins every time other than that great and quick service
