Terrible location, found a large piece of black hair or weave in, could have been either in my food. Went in for a refund and show the employees , none of them wanted to help with the refund they just kept calling different employees to go up front and "Deal with me" there words. All if the employees were rude and did not want to rectify the problem. Worst part was they offered ZERO apologies, acted like it was normal to just find nasty hair in food. Finally they offered to re-make the food which that was not an option for me. Finally after a discussion between them they said they would just refund the item that had the hair, not the rest of the items. Honestly we didn't want to eat any of it after finding hair in your food. I was given the district managers # Levon was the name they gave me. After 5 calls and 3 messages to Levon he still has not returned my call. Very disappointing, Very.... do better Taco Bell
Wheelchair accessible from 12 th street side along with handicapped parking , man trap style doors . No pandemic precautions other than hand sanitizer by the self order kiosks . Restaurant was clean and hospitable . No Wi-Fi detected . Ordered a chicken quesadilla supreme with pinto beans ,onions & sour crème , hot , fresh & delicious , even more enjoyable by the rain coming down hard during my visit . Somehow wet dreary and cold steals my energy and strength .
It was late when my wife was released from the emergency room at Hamot and she was starving...I appreciate the patience the workers had with us bc our order was over $45 by the time my wife stopped asking for things ???? this was also the first time we've received everything and it looked and tasted amazing. Where we live, you're lucky if your taco is folded let alone all of your food being in the bag. Props to the late night crew!
Honestly, I eat here alot. It's close to my work and they always give me great food as fast as they can. The people working here are always very friendly and helpful.
I love this location the best! whenever I come the food is always fresh and the staff are very nice and polite!!! Thank you again
Another person had gotten our order by mistake so they had to make it again. We had to wait a little while, but the nice lady behind the counter gave me a chips and cheese for free because of the situation. We get food from this location a few times a week. The staff are very nice and the quality of the food is always good.
I currently have a physical disability and it would have been a lot less painful if I would've been aloud to order through the drive thru on my bike. instead I was directed to the front of the building. Not only was there no ramp on a curbed sidewalk, but a few steps stood in-between me and the door.
Once in it was hotter than hot! I waited in line to order while sweating only to engage in the worst customer service I've had in an establishment in a long time.
The lady was upset with something I assumed had nothing to with me. I could definitely see it on her face and her tone of voice when she spoke. She then became visibly annoyed with me when I asked her to repeat her last statement because I couldn't understand the words she mumbled. I Tried to lighten the mood with a joke about how hot it was in here, but instead she acted as though nothing I said was to be heard or listened to because not only was there no response from her... But she also got my order wrong!
When I went up to reorder a different employee waited on me who was much more pleasant and attentive. I was relieved about that while still dreading the walk back to my bike.
I sat down and opened the bag to eat my meal and it was cold! At this point I didn't want this terrible experience to ruin my day, so I put the remaining items in the trash..laughed it off and enjoyed the rest of my ride. SMH
Food is hot and delicious,coffee was hot and delicious also, didn't even know they had coffee good service fast friendly
