Looks like dude tossed it all in the bag. My nacho fries were all over, picture taken after I put them in the cup. I had to dig for the cheese. Nobody asked which hot sauce I wanted, just tossed a bunch of Mild in the bag, which should've been a box of 12 neatly organized tacos, not just a pile in a paper bag.
Fast and friendly, Cameron was a sweetheart. Makes your day when you’re going to get lunch and the workers are nice! Food is always right and good quality when I come here.
Had a Racial issue with the workers there ( tall white manager), allowed my coworkers to use the bathroom not problem but when I asked to use it they said I need to buy something. Confused asked the manager kept cutting me off mid sentences and was rude. Needs more training of customer service and management needs a new one that’s not racially motivated
This is a above average for quality @ any Taco Belle I have eaten at. Location is great, but late night at times you will see a group of homeless people wandering in the area.
Not only did our order get served through the drive thru completely wrong ( we did not order a large nacho , but thanks) whoever was working at around 9:45 pm on 7/19/2023 has got to be the most laziest employee Taco Bell could have ever hired. My cheesy potatoes were old and stale and rock hard. Worthless and inedible. In this economy where money is tight one would expect to have something purchased at least they could eat. I guess we wi be making the extra drive out of our way to Selah from now because Yakima Ave Taco Bell is disgusting with inept lazy employees.
At times, they're more oriented to drive up service than walk in. Inside, there was no counter service or anyone greeting you, just electronic order & and pay option and waiting. I literally saw three drive up orders placed, processed and driving away with food after I had placed my order. Finally, I haled someone, and she was pleasant and gave me my drink cup, but still, the cars rolled thru the drive thru. This was around 1:45 p.m.
Very stingy with the hot sauce.
I just go to Taco Time now.

This is the "5-Layer" burrito. More like the "Trojan Horse" burrito. You guys put on this whole façade as if the buyer is consuming a very meaty burrito -- but we're not. There is barely any meat in here. 45% tortilla, 40% cheese and sour cream and 15% meat and bean. No wonder why I was enduring a night in Guantanamo Bay in the bathroom 3 nights back.
