Ordered a breakfast Crunchwrap this morning and there was mold all over it and feel extremely sick after eating it. Definitely would not recommend coming here. Always have issues.
bad service wait for my order on line in drive thru 20 minutes I asked 3 workers for my order and they only answered that they would do it. A worker came and gave me 2 coupons that were expired.
We stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick bite. We ordered two Burrito Supremes and two Chicken Chipotle Melts. They brought our order to our table. I noticed immediately that something was wrong. Chicken Chipotle Melts are quite small and all four items were large. I went back up to the counter and they cheerfully made me what I ordered and told me to keep the rest. Great customer service.
How is it that I can be the only person in the drive thru when picking up my mobile order and still have to wait 10 minutes for wrong food? Day shift, night shift, doesn't matter. It seems like no one in the store actually reads the ticket instructions. Wasted my time, money, and food. You're better off driving a little further and going elsewhere.
So impressed with the new menu and bringing back the Mexican Pizza... Very epic. Bring back the $5 box.... You still have my attention... Fan for life...
Deshon has amazing energy and my food was fresh and hot. She boosted my energy with her amazing customer service
Got home and my crunch wrap was completely burnt to a crisp hard as a rock :(
They got our order pretty good tonight, in spite of NO BOXES & nothing being labeled. Only complaint is we couldn't tell the beef burritos from the chicken one without cutting them open. Not cool. Food was good and hot though.
