Every single time im here they forget half of my order!!!! I even ordered by mobile this time thinking maybe that would help but nope. I love Taco Bell but this location makes it more stressful then necessary to get food from. Especially since manager Jacey (not sure of spelling) gets an attitude if you call and tell th what was missing and that you want to come back for it.
Near fire in kitchen, smoky, they did their best I believe but maybe should have closed completely for a bit. Started a dine in but took to go, agitated customer in store. Atmosphere uncomfortable
Better customer service my friend quietly screamed from fear and she yelled at us for nothing while in the drive thru. Please keep your workers under control especially when we’re just there for a good meal and takes forever with service.
Ordered online. Got to the restaurant and everything was cool except when I came home with items I didn’t order and was missing something I did order? Told my power bowl was ‘definitely in the bag’ because the cashier remembered putting it in there. Told the only ‘extra’ that was in the bag was a quesadilla? Here’s my pictures of my order VS what I actually received. They gave me a different power bowl when they told me they were out of chicken and rice, WHICH THEY HAD MENTIONED WHEN THEY GAVE ME MY BEANS/RICE. Why wasn’t it mentioned when they ‘definitely put it in the bag’ for my power bowl? Didn’t appreciate being called a liar.
Also didn’t get any spoons/sporks but I don’t care about that.
I don’t think there’s been one time in the last two years that we have NOT been told to pull around to the front to wait for our food. It is ridiculous. We ordered 3 food items and waited TWENTY FIVE minutes for our food. Mind you there was only 2 cars in front of us. By the time we got our food, there was 7 cars pulled out front waiting for their food. Why does it take so long to make our food???? Our order was also completely incorrect. Missing extra toppings and having things on our food that we requested to remove. No where else in town takes this long while also failing to make our order correct. Just terribly slow service all the time. The doors to dining also always seem to be closed. No idea how corporate has not gotten involved with this bogus location.

The taco bell here is always a wonderful place to eat. They may be short staffed sometimes but never dull in spirit. Always a smile, a warm greeting and a have a tacotastic day. My order is always correct. Food is always fresh. And even when there is a slight wait for the food I never mind because everything is great. I love having them in town and will continue to eat here.
Look, we have the BEST and I mean the ABSOLUTE BEST, Taco Bell here in Indianola. However, advertising breakfast and, even worse yet, a free breakfast taco, that does not exist is inexcusable. I’m Supremely Taco disappointed. They still get 3 stars because the tacos are great even though the crunchy corn shells kind of fell apart today.
