This is review is not about the food for this new Taco Bell location. The food thus far has been tasty and the items prepared as they look on the menu except for Nacho Bell Grande. They always skimp on the tortilla chips, meat, nacho cheese and sour cream and the chips are usually over cooked. The Macho Bell Grande is subpar presentation here.
This review however is more about the dead zone service area it is located on, the issues of not being able to close out the order on the mobile app and the fact that this new location registers on the Taco Bell app as being located at 1555 Saxon Blvd but the restaurant itself having 1519 outside its entrance door. Very confusing for us Grubhub drivers. Please look into it Taco Bell, please provide Wi-Fi for your patrons because placing orders in this area is a non-starter and please update the restaurant location displayed on the main entrance door. Thank you in advance.
I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and I haven’t even ordered yet. It’s 9:45p Sunday night 5/19/2024. This is not the first time this happens at this location. This has happened to me an my husband and other occasions. And the last time we waited so long and my tacos weren’t supreme. Stuff is too overpriced to be forgetting sour cream smh.
The staff was incredibly friendly, they were knowledgeable about the menu. My order was correct. They made sure to doublecheck it and then made sure that I was satisfied with it. The food was hot. They were a little slow, but no complaints as long as my order was correct. The food was nicely prepared.
Well…..this new Taco Bell does not know how to process a refund. I informed the person in charge of my situation. She reassured me that I would receive a refund. Long story short I never did. Shame on them for not giving me my $ back.

Service was absolutely horrible. My entire order was cold. Inconsistent portion of beef on my Crunchwrap.
The window person was more interested is shouting across the parking lot to his buddies than filling our order(basically shouting into our window and frightening our special needs son) this was both unprofessional and poor customer service. I get it's just a fast food drive through, but if you want people to buy yours rather than another seller; then, customer service training would be in order.
I'm sorry, I have never encountered a rude employee but every time I have gone here there is a new problem or mistake. I have had to wait 20 minutes or longer and sometimes (because employees don't communicate what they wait is for, like one night system was down) I have done all that waiting to leave with no food twice! If I do get food there is always something missing or messed up. Are there even managers there? Because the employees just seem like they're lost. Please revisit training.
One of the worst taco bells I have ever visited. Ran by 16 year olds who just don't care and have zero work ethic. I went inside to order, and the whole time I was there, they had loud rap music blaring back in the kitchen for all to hear. That shouldn't be allowed and looks extremely unprofessional. Employees were goofing off and chit chatting with one another, too. I went inside as I wanted to check my order before I left. Good thing I did because they forgot multiple items I had to ask again for. Got home, and my soft taco shells were stale and hard in addition to having a skimpy amount of beef, lettuce, and cheese. Management needs to get this place under control. Won't be back anytime soon.
This location just opened not too long ago and is already the worst taco bell I've ever been too. They can't seem to get orders out quick enough and say they are understaffed when they had 5 people 3/24. Customers were waiting for an hour for their order. Absolutely unacceptable! A guy came in pissed because his order was wrong after waiting 30 minutes. And the staff STILL made his order wrong...... TWO MORE TIMES.
Old 2 star review: Came at 7am when it was supposed to open. Was closed. I waited a few minutes and no employee pulled up. I left. Please open at your advertised times!
