Best WLM Reviews
This is just a friendly reminder that you should always check your bag before you leave the drive-through. Did not get all my food, called and management on duty said bc I was already gone, they could not fix the order.
Missing a taco in every box we got.
No straws or silverware. Placed order on line. Drive through staff insisted I ordered from the wrong store saying they have looked everywhere they can, I left the drive through, immediately go inside and there is my food sitting on a rack. And no employees near the front. If there was more then one order, I could have just taken all the food for my trouble
Took a half hour for my food but drive through got there orders much faster. They just sit and stare you and complain about how busy it is.plenty were just standing there on there phone. Just horrible workers, should not take that long and should not be talking like that with a room full of customers
The lobby and bathrooms were filthy. No service what so ever with having to order on a screen. When we mentioned the lobby and bathrooms we were told, they didn't have time yet. We will not be going back.
Service will always be rated as a one as long as customers have to struggle with self-serve kiosks and perform as unpaid employees to help the corporation make an extra buck.
It was a very big order it was correct very fast hot food cooked well good great team they take there job seriously and do it right ✅️
Quick place to grab some drive thru Taco Bell. The orders were processed quickly and with good accuracy. The food tasted fresh and hot. Staff were friendly.
This is really great customer service here better than most fast food restaurants. Employees are willing to go above and beyond to give a great service to customers. The place is well kept clean and nice and beautiful, really awesome place to eat at. Keep it up guys. We appreciate your excellent work.
Most definitely will stop by here again for the great food and absolutely the excellent service.
