I ordered in the chaos. OK fine. I’m a vegetarian so I asked for potatoes, extra tomatoes, extra lettuce on my vegetarian crunch wrap supreme .. added some potatoes light on some sauces. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla with potatoes in it and no spicy sauce… I got home unwrapped it and that’s what my supreme looks like no extra of anything and my cheese quesadilla has sauce on it. And we were waiting there for a good 10-15 minutes while they prepared my order. I could literally see the guy looking at the screen and going to get everything that he needed in order to make my food. And for somehow he didn’t follow it!! It says it very clear on my receipt. I paid for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, potatoes, to be added into my food, and I’ve got zero of it .. I just wanted to have dinner and go home after a long day of work. Come on people do better!!
Why I dislike this restaurant? No body there want to take my order at the cashiers They claim that nobody have access to them now. I wear glasses and precisely today I lost my glasses. So you can imagine the feeling of sadness I have when I can't see the digital board to order . Thank God for a customer that help me to get my food.
I can't imagine what other people with disabilities will feel when it happens to them.
Plus those digital menu's where super dirty full with bacteria for all the previous touches. Really disgusting. Taco bell you better fix that healthy and discriminating issue.
The food isn't bad but, they have high school students working there so whenever I order stuff the destribution of ingredients is always uneven in foods like the burrito which isnt devastating but having senior employees or those who care about the job would be nice. Also they prioritize getting smaller orders done first and online delivery so you will sometimes be forced to wait even if you were the first to order in the restaurant.
My guess is this one gets robbed a lot because they won't take cash over the counter. You HAVE to order at the kiosk and the kiosk doesn't have an input for cash.... So you have to bring the receipt to the counter and then I guess they'll take your cash that way? Like, they take your cash out of sight and then come back. I don't know if the employees are pocketing it or what, but it's such a bizarre system that I just left - just weird vibes... Bad ju-ju.
The place was relatively clean though.... So I'll give them that.
I sat at the drive-thru for 15 min. told exactly what I want. They didn’t put anything what I asked and paid extra for. Does this look like $10+ crunch wrap??? What kind of low lifes work at these places? Not coming here anymore!
Hit or miss here, but always edible. Pic is my favorite trip of the past few months. I got a crunch wrap supreme that actually lived up to marketing pics. Forth pic is most recent crunch wrap from the Westfield restaurant. It's more typical.
This Taco Bell is completely incompetent. They simply cannot get order customizations correct. I order black bean crunchwraps with no black beans because I like crunchwraps but I don't eat meat and I'm allergic to black beans. Every single time they put black beans in my order with no black beans. They've also had issues with my doordash orders where they say they never got my order and refuse to fill it even when I show them my phone to prove that I ordered it. They are incredibly rude and one of the workers accused us of trying to get free food even though I had proof in my hands that I ordered. Another time we were inside and heard a woman working who was having problems again with a doordash order and she was loudly cursing and talking badly about the doordash customer in the middle of the store. Rude, lazy workers.
I'm someone who used to work here and I worked night shift almost every single day. Something I can say for sure is I wouldn't recommend anybody work here unless it's your absolute last resort, it wasn't my last resort when I started.
