My Experience Was A10/10!!! The Crew Was Very Nice And Helpful. The Nice Lady Even Let Me Try The New Ooey Gooey Ice Cream Which Was Delicious And Very Much So Wasn’t On The Menu!! Thank You!!! You Guys for Making My Experience At The Walker Location Worth It!!! The Food Was Delicious!!
Went through here 7:45 after a 10 hour shift ordered 3 tacos supreme and a hard taco and a mt dew blast, pretty easy right? Drove back to Baton Rouge opened my bag and I had a nachos bell grande, and a potato taco. Tell me how that remotely resembles what I ordered and to top it off I call the store and the employees are mocking my frustration in the background! I could literally hear them clear as day in the background!!!
Normally I would just write it off and not say anything but this order is not something in a million years I would normally order. All of it went in the trash! To top it off I was told we can’t refund your money unless you come to the store mind you it’s 10 pm keep your money and hire better talent. We all know putting tacos in a bag is such a hard job!

Great food. Great crew. Been eating here since opened. Kenny, the manager runs a very tight ship. Very clean restrooms and cold a/c. We go every Friday. The crew knows us well.
Seems to take quite a while to get food out to the drive thru. Almost 15 minutes for 4 taco... Husband has to have it every once in a while. I can live without it.
The location was pretty busy and they handled it nicely. The manager, an extremely attractive young woman, held a sense of command and poise in the face of being near swamped. She maintained constant control of the situation. Very nicely done.
And of course, the food was as expected.
The Pepsi syrup/carbonation ratio was well off and nasty. But mountAin dew saved the day.
Went through the drive through. Workers were really nice, however. I ordered 2 chicken chalupas with no sour cream. They both came with sour cream. Not to mention. There was hair all in one of them. I understand businesses get busy and have to move quickly. But please, do better.
It just seems like Taco Bell has lost that loving feeling. The staff are friendly but the food seems to be waning a little. I want to love Taco Bell. I have loved Taco Bell. For years and years. Perhaps they should raise their prices a little and upgrade the quality of their ingredients.
I’m confident that customers would understand slight price increases with Inflation affecting everything. But if in the process of trying to remain competitive, they sacrifice the quality of their dishes, that’s not a winning strategy.
I’m not saying the food tastes bad. It just doesn’t seem as good as before. I know it’s a Fas Food Chain but Taco Bell became a worldwide success for a good reason. They were good. It’s the same with Burger King.
If I could give a zero I would I got the wrong damn order never got one single thing right. I got burritos when I ordered nacho fries and a nacho bowl.
