Food was great. Blonde girl at window was good. My 5 layer burrito or that sauce I paid. 40 for was a little spicy for me but other then that all was good

Best quality of food compared to the other taco bells in Fort Smith. And fast service! Don't give it a second thought, a must when craving tacos!

The drive thru attendant outside is very courteous and patient. The food is usually pretty quick getting out the window, but the last 2 visits about a week apart , the Sierra Mist syrup was out. The 1st time it happened we had already left the store. The second time it happened, I checked it..it was out then too. I told the window clerk that it was out. She offered to get me something else, but that would be a problem for the next customer wanting some sierra mist. So, I just asked if they could just change the syrup. They may be short handed, but it's a customer service based business. She acted very short tempered about it being something simple. For that I suggest always checking your drinks before you drive away.

I stopped in by this Taco Bell, & was surprised that they no longer offer the $5 meal box.

There are other places that offers a $5 meal box, so unless you bring back the $5 meal box, I will no longer come back to Taco Bell, in fact Taco Rio are so much cheaper than Taco Bell.

I had the new chicken enchilada burrito. it was very good. it wasn't too spicy. I was actually able to eat it. I went through drive-thru, and the wait was not long

I ordered the new loaded nacho fries. The fries tasted as if someone had microwaved them and forgot to put seasoning on them. They were extremely disappointing especially because they didn't resemble the picture in any way shape or form. They put maybe a table spoon of beef on it and the whole thing came upside down. My child's food was poorly made as well. I waited at the counter for about 7 minutes before an employee asked if I had been helped. There was a single employee who was helpful and friendly. The rest didn't care to even pay attention or notice we were there. They seemed as if they hated their jobs and couldn't wait to leave. The tables were disgusting with food all over them as well as most of the chairs and floor, but I decided since we were having lunch together, I'd ignore the mess and clean a table and chairs myself. We finally sat down and what do ya know, Methanie and Methaniel walk in and start trying to converse with my child. After ignoring them, they started fighting about who was going to pay for the city bus and that's when I decided I was completely done with that place. As for me and my family, we will no longer be ( what my child likes to call it when we go to the same fast food/restaurant at a different location) "trying new places'' when we already have a perfectly good one a few miles down the street aka grand avn.

i normally NEVER leave a 1 star but the service from the heavy set blonde Caucasian worker tonight 11/21 was THAT bad. she was so rude at the speaker and wouldn't let me speak. I asked for my sauces twice and she yelled PULL AROUND twice. when I got to the window the gentleman was nice I asked if my sauce was in there and he asked her. she rolled her eyes and said "WHAT SAUCE DID SHE EVEN WANT?!?" I said it again nicely and she gave me 2 sauces for 3 combos ????????‍♀️ I do not know her name because no name tag but this is not her first time being that rude.

I get enough food to founder a horse and only get 3 packets of sauce, it’s because someone don’t feel like giving a lot of sauce bc they don’t want to refill them
