I enjoy eating at Taco Bell. If you have a fplace. I believe it's cheaper to eat out there than any other place. I ordered online from home and drove there and still had to wait for my food. They were working on it as I came in. They were polite and apologized for the wait. I'm not complaining because it was hot and most importantly, it was all there!
Taco Bell has gone alway staff free on the front line. They had 4 people there. I was Welcome and nicely shown the computer screen to do my ordering. She was sweet to me, but she was called back to the car window to work there. A young gentleman seeing me struggle with the computer, came from the back and help me do my computer ordering. My was meal was correct and to me in a timely fashion.
It was a nice experience for someone who is not computer savvy. ????????❤
Usually I don’t do this. But little Mister Sassy Pants General Manager Cameron is extremely rude! 1) I go to this location when I need my Taco Bell fix every so often and has never had an issue. 2) if the sauce come with my taco box, why are you charging me extra? 3) I ordered the new chicken box and to say I was DISAPPOINTED is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! It was basically a cabbage burrito. 4) my food was cold. 5) when I called to discuss the issue Sir Sass A lot was acting like somebody shot his dog, have the nerve to say that location will no longer serve me because THEY MESSED UP. Like sir, you are a manager at TACO BELL acting like you Elon Musk… Humble yourself sis.
It was BEDLAM. We walked in, the entire restaurant was in complete squaller. Every garbage can was full. I was watching people in the kitchen, leaving the food station, with their gloves on, touching the drive-thru window and the counter, not changing their gloves, and going right back to folding someone's burrito. They were cussing and using very very racial remarks and graphic expletives, cursing and swearing like sailors Infront of children in the lobby. I was called derogatory names by management unnecessarily. I ordered a simple nachos bell grande, there were no orders before mine, there were FIVE employees aimlessly standing around, and it took FIFTEEN MINUTES for someone to make it. No, they were not tending to the drive thru either. I was told that the drive-thru was closed for the night, and that they were no longer taking drive-thru orders past 9:00 p.m., and we had to come into the restaurant. Which is funny, because they told us that they close the restaurant at 1am but the door says different. District really needs to get in there. And a taco bell worker who was substituting from the other Holland, at this location, called me a "nappy headed ho". Like, seriously??? I WILL be contacting corporate about this location. Good god, Almighty.
Been here about a dozen times and they always hit the mark. Not an easy job but these folks pull it off with Gold star marks. Should start sending them to train the Taco Bell dumps in Colorado. I’ve seen what a terrible Taco Bell is like and this is not one of them, they are setting the standard for the Taco Bell Franchise here in VA Beach and are probably making significantly less money.
Lured in by free breakfast taco but I have to admit it was really good and I tried a crunch wrap that was tasty. Not my favorite breakfast meal but definitely impressed with what I got. Service was friendly and fairly quick. I'd recommend trying them out for Breakfast if you have a chance!

Dont waste your money these inbred retards cant even make a beefy 5 layer burrito correctly apparently all beans is the new beef no sour cream could not even put the burritos in the actual box that the burrito packs come in these people seriously lack brain cells im shocked one employee knows how to ride a motorcycle as bad as they work you would think they were all literally handicapped
