Best WLM Reviews
We began in the drive thru. The type on the menu was too small to read from the passenger side. We went in, and the menu type was even smaller. Had to get someone to read it to me. Many thanks to that customer! Stood at the counter register a while, apparently so employees could glance at us and keep walking. Then, we saw the self-serve places. Only two are there with people waiting to use them since employees didn't man the counter. We placed the order and chose sauces, all of it to go. When we got to the car, there were no sauces except the ones that cost 20 cents each, even though 4 of the free ones were requested during the ordering. We each had nachos, but the one with extra guacamole wasn't marked. If there were extra on them, it was hard to tell except that it had more smashed onto the box top. I wish it had more chips, too. Once everything has sat on top, some chips get soggy, and it's good to put a soggy one on top of the crispy ones. I can't wait to see what a screw up the burritos we got for later will be like.
I haven't been to a Taco Bell in many years. The one back home moved to the other side of town. We don't go that direction much at all, so it's been ages, though we ate at the former location a lot. I have no idea if that one has all the employee-less service like this one, but I missed the service of a restaurant today. Guests shouldn't need to do everything once they walk in the door. They already have to make their own drinks and grab condiments, utensils & napkins needed, whether it's a to-go order or to eat in. All that should be in the bag of a take out order. Why do they have to do everything else, too? Next, I suppose we'll be in back making our own food too. Sorry Taco Bell, you slipped up big time today.
I asked for a few of each sauce, usually don't even get what I asked for, but the homies that worked at 3:30 pm on 5-13-24 musta felt my pain cuz they did it right
If I could give them a zero star I would. I came in with my children while on vacation. I've watched several families come in and the same thing has happened to them. I stood at the counter waiting for service and never did anyone say anything to me. They looked at me many times and just won't break by. Then a customer eating told me that I had to order it. The kiosk. I watch several employees walk by customers. Elderly customer standing at the counter and still walk by and never said a word to them. They were rude and obnoxious. No way to treat customers
Don’t be fooled by the shiny new building with the hipster murals… avoid this location at all costs.
The food is hit or miss… sometimes decent (it’s Taco Bell so not gourmet), but often times it’s cold, missing ingredients, and just entirely the wrong order.
The staff is… who knows actually! They’re nonexistent at the counter; indoor orders are taken via kiosk. The drive thru seems minimally staffed as well- you will WAIT, and wait and wait. You’ll often see multiple workers at a time “on breaks” outside, while the lines just grow longer.
The drive thru is the WORST. It’s set up to allow- rather encourage- other customers to cut in front of you by “merging” from a second entrance at the midway point of the line, despite you having already spent 20 minutes to get to that point. And once you’re in line, you’re trapped. There’s no way to bail after moving two car lengths in 30 minutes, so pull up your Netflix app cuz you’re in for a long haul. The entire setup is Utterly infuriating.
After spending 48 minutes in line to pickup a mobile order of 4 measly tacos, don’t expect to get what you ordered or how you ordered it. Save your 60 cents for the sour cream you won’t get, and head inside to get your own sauces.
I’m sure the staff are all lovely hard-working people, and I don’t know how a bad review affects them personally. I only had a 10 second human encounter at the drive thru window pickup, but it was long enough to see another staffer smoking a vape *in the kitchen.* This is the first time I’ve EVER left a negative review for ANY business. But this place is an embarrassment to the entire Taco Bell franchise.
Go to the chicken place with the cows. (Today is obviously a Sunday or I’d be there).
Restaurant and the bathroom always clean. Employees seem to be enjoying themselves/having fun with it but always in a good mood, and I like to see that because that's what makes a good team. 5★ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
update Jan/2024: consistent, friendly, and quick service as usual! 2nd shift seems to have a good team. ???? thanks y'all! I appreciate it ????

Don't bother ordering the new chicken catina or whatever it is is ...
I got the value meal, with taco, drink and chips. It was slop put on a flour taco shell and grilled. It was so bad.
Don't bother adding extra beef on your nacho Grande either it NEVER WILL HAPPEN! We're gluten intolerant so a good place for part of the family, it's still way under par.
I'm a local and it hurts that they are serving this mess.
The person at the drive thru needs to learn how to talk to customers. In business you don't boss and order customers over how to pickup mobile orders. Since when do we tell people how to order and if so in that way. Customers are not employees. If someone needs to wait then just say that nicely, not demand and attitude
Truly sickening how they treat the delivery drivers that come to this place, even the so called GM is rude and unbearable. We are here to deliver food for your customers, never knew asking for extra sauce for them would be such a big issue, apparently so. Sometimes people forget to ask for it in the app, and they have the audacity to say I would be banned from there establishment for getting their customers extra sauce, truly apaouling. I would never treat a guest or customer with such disrespect or make them feel embarrassed for asking their paying customers if they needed anything else. Management retraining should be taken at this location.
