I'm a door dash driver and it's hard for to stop for food while I'm dashing. I just dropped off an order at the CVS across the street and saw the Taco Bell. I was not disappointed by my quick detour! I only ordered 2 tacos, but they were packed with flavor and were freshly made. I got in the habit of asking for "extra" hot sauce since the Taco Bells in Reading are stingy with the sauces. Well, the team that is working today got the memo and then some. They filled my bag a quarter of the way with the "extra" sauce I asked for. It was the perfect way to end my day and thank you all for the chuckle. However, had you have blessed me with an extra taco....you would have gotten 5 stars!
The problem is not the food. It’s good food at a reasonable price. The problem is the service. The one thing these fast food restaurants seem to lack nowadays is quality control. Taking the time to make sure an order is right. Making sure it is complete. The customer’s satisfaction should always be the main goal. I can’t understand why they just can’t get it right.
I wanted to see how much I could get for $5. Not the boxes though I've had them and I didn't like them. I got 2 rice and bean burritos and cinnamon twists for only $3.19. I expected them to be super thin burritos but they were huge. They have a spiciness to them that's pretty great and the twists were good.
Ordered breakfast for delivery before they stopped serving , our money was taken and they cancelled our order for no know reason . When contacted they gave us the run around ! Beware! Also have went in store to get dinner a few weeks ago and was ignored for 30 minutes by the staff when there wasn’t even anyone else there or in the drive thru ! Horrible
Had to wait over an hour for my food because I ordered inside and they prioritized drive thru. Didn’t start my order until after 45 minutes of waiting. Go through the drive thru and save yourself the time.
Rolled up at 11:22 close to close and these guys were amazing and didn't mind at all. Special thanks to whoever worked march 8th 2024 drive through gentleman. Live mas my man live mas.

I was surprised at how good the food was here. The best taco bell I've had.
