You should BOYCOTT this location thier night crew extorts you for tips.. if you chose not to tip a fast food joint they refuse to give you sauce. The ownership couldn't return a phone call as well. Spend your hard earned money else where...
BTW TIPS stands for To Insure Proper Service... and comes after the meal not before. Might want to educate you panhandling staff a bit more
The food at this Taco Bell is solid but 8 out of 10 visits your food is either wrong or they forget stuff. It’s worse because the staff are all really friendly and they fix the mistake but it is really frustrating to go through the drive through and then get home to having a completely different order or some of your food is missing. I hope they work on order accuracy because otherwise this is a fine location.
After having one of the worst days of my life (4/5/24 at around midnight), the people of this Taco Bell made the night more comforting. I got an absurd amount of burritos and God knows what else, but specifically also two bean burritos for the lady because I know that's what she always wants.
But after said horrible and emotional day, I didn't want to dig through a pile of burritos, dissecting everything to find out which ones were hers, because the wrappers on them aren't specific enough. So I asked the girl at the drive thru window if they could possibly mark which ones are the bean burritos. I just wanted to get home and eat my feelings ASAP.
The drive thru girl didn't skip a beat, understood the assignment and got it done without the slightest indication of any inconvenience. The order was accurate, and the food was as good as you could expect. No complaints, no notes, this Taco Bell was open and delivered when needed. I am thankful for the people at this location for giving a horrible day a better night and helping me reset.
I ordered one thing and got something completely different. Always check your orders here. I ordered two Chalupa boxes which is supposed to have two Chalupa's and a taco and got chips a soggy chalupa and a weird burrito. When I tried to call nobody answered. I want my money back!
I ordered from grub hub at 10PM and our food never showed up. I get that wouldn't be the store's issue so I went to this location at 11:10PM to reorder the food that grubhub failed to get us and one of the employees had their car parked right in front of the drive-thru so no one could access it. Also, all the lights were all out on the signs and everywhere else to make them look closed but the employees were still inside. I looked up the hours and they close at 12AM not 11PM. This experience is just so blatantly B.S. and being a former GM in the quick-service industry, I know this isn't the way any drive-thru establishment should operate and I don't think I will ever go to this establishment again. If you want great service and not to be jerked around, go to the tacobell on Jellison because they'll treat you right.
Forgot both chalupas that come in the chicken taco box. Forgot two jalapeño sauces, charged us for a crunchy taco instead of Two chicken tacos. Oh and here's the first thing I open. My chicken taco with a chicken nugget in there ????

Ordered a crunch wrap Supreme, and the only ingredient we received was lettuce, no beef, tomatoes, or sour cream. It was 12:30 a.m so may have been the reason for this.
Honestly, this Taco Bell is one I live closest to and choose to drive to other locations. The reason being, I cannot even count the amount of times they have not just gotten my orders wrong and would not refund me, but also usually forget many items. Along with that, they usually give food that is COLD (not just lukewarm, COLD).
