Poorly made and poor portions.. these managers at this location suck. The gave me this pos cantina chicken grilled taco poorly made and little portions. They are unprofessional and don't know how to work or prepare food correctly. I'm done not coming here no more.
I've got to be honest, my mobile order of over 12 items was ready in record time. Keep up the fast service. Much appreciated.
I have been to this Taco Bell 2 times in the last 2 months, they have really ramped up there service! The line is not long like it used to be, the food is great, my order has been 100% correct with nothing missing, the woman who handed me my drink even took the time to fill it all the way to the top when it wasn't and without me asking, I spent a max of 5 mins in the drive through! I don't know what happened or if they got new management, but this place is night and day compared to what is used to be last year! Great job!
I ordered a taco party pack, just beef and cheese, no lettuce and the first taco I grabbed tasted off and had a few pieces of lettuce, so I open it and there's also chuncks of grilled chicken in the beef. Food Cross contamination is a serious health hazard. if they can't even keep the food from getting mixed up imagine what else they let fall in there. Too risky for me.
As someone that used to work as this taco bell, you can tell what's right and not right. The food was good and fine. But my mtn. Dew was absolutely nasty. There is brown syrup coming from the drink, from the nozzle not being cleaned, and workers not being careful with not mixing the drinks. Please pay more attention.
Night time manager extremely rude. She had an attitude the whole time I was there and acted like she hates her job and it shows the way she treats the customers. When I asked her about an online order I was picking up bc half the order was missing she very rudely snapped at me saying I don't know they're probably still working on it.
For a Sunday this place was busy. Took about 20 minutes to get through the drive through. My poor taco was lacking on the supreme goodies. When did we start toasting burrito supremes? I felt this made the tortilla too brittle which led to it falling apart while eating. It was also lacking the supreme goodies. We might be short handed but we can always produce great food guys. Let’s get it together ???? ????
I have been going to this location for some time and lately they have really improved big time from months back.... The service was great ! very fast, freshness of food was perfect , I heard they got a new staff now and I'm very happy they did.
