Recently I experienced that the staff will eat your food. I found half eaten nachos. DO NOT GO HERE
Place is generally good. However the staff later at night seem to care less. They also apparently lock the lobby randomly in the night even though they're open. It doesn't say online or on their door that their lobby closes.
I prefer to order inside on the kiosks because I can order exactly what I want very quickly.
I have to give 5 stars on everything as I ordered online and made a mistake. The supervisor on duty tried to explain to me what was happening and I was not listening at the time. The employees at this location are extremely professional and I hope the gentleman I had an attitude reads this and understands I acknowledge my mistake. This guy should be promoted if he can handle a customer like myself.
The wrap I ordered had about 2 tsp of meat. This Taco Bell doesn't even come close to making food like they advertise. Are the employees taking the meat home?
Horrible. They do not give a damn about walk in customers. You're better off in drive through. They will ignore you till you order on the screen. I just ordered chips and a drink. They cleared the whole drive through then I had to ask for my order. I wanted to make it quick but they straight up ignore you. It's happened multiple times and it's very frustrating they need to improve on this.
I come here often and the drive through works well but when you go inside to order it is an absolutely a mess the older man barely speaks English and the other workers are very rude to each other. They seriously need some help from a higher up employee. It’s just ridiculous. People have to wait way to long even for a simple cup.
Lord Jesus, I went into this drive thru to order 3 items. I paid for my order but waited 37 minutes to get my food. At what point do I just say "nevermind, I'll lose the $15 and not have diarrhea" instead of waiting any longer? Apparently 38 minutes is what it took because it was at that point that I got my food. I won't be coming back. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought cat food and made my own crunchwrap faster than it took to order one.
I had a good experience, got all my cravings met, had good recommendations for a freeze drink, and the bean burritos were really good! For all the taco bells I've gone to in the Denver Metro, they usually fail to make a good satisfying bean and cheese. This store nailed it, and it's my favorite. Thanks team!
