Walked in and ordered dine in at kiosk. Took 10 minutes for food to be made, portions were small. Manager was on her phone on the line the entire time I was in the restaurant. I ordered a crispy chicken taco amongst other items, when I received my food the chicken tender in the taco was completely dried out and hard as a rock I actually hurt my tooth! I fo not recommend this location to anyone and will never return!
3.8 stars? Do better Taco Bell! I ordered off Uber eats, paid for extras and specifically asked for the sauces to be taken out. 3 burritos with the same modifications and they got all of them wrong.
They didn’t listen to anything I asked for and the fries I received were cold as if they had been refrigerated.
Now I’m left without a lunch with 9 hours left on my shift. Shame on you Taco Bell, why is there no one doing Q&A on the orders, why was my modifications blatantly ignored? Why was my extras that I was charged for not in there? And why did no one double check an order with modifications?
If you guys are so incapable of doing things right then shut it down. Or DO BETTER!

Overall not a great experience. Staff had to deal with a customer complaint but low motivation/speed which is understandable. Drive through seems to be the main focus and significantly faster. I was second in line and wasn’t helped for 10-15 minutes. When I ordered it was very quick and the cashier was great. Seemed like they had 5 people working maybe more.
Wow, MADY Was amazing. I’ve never heard of someone on the speakerphone when ordering a meal so enthusiastic and so caring like her. She was so enthusiastic that it made me post this. Honestly, out of every place that I go to that’s fast food, i’ve never ever experienced a person that is so interested in the well being and to the customers and caring to making sure that they are pleased and that they are satisfied and that they feel an amazing experience while going through Taco Bell drive-through. I appreciate how good of an employee and person she is. I would desire and wish the best upon you but that you get the best positions and blessed by God mightily because of your attitude and who you are. Great Job MADY! Amazing Job.

Worst location in Vegas. Buffalo and Lake Mead Blvd
Where is the filling. This is without a doubt the worst Taco bell location in Las Vegas. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my home. Every time I go to this Taco bell. It is always and I mean always disappointing.
I told the girl that seemed to be in charge about the problem and asked if she could please make sure they put a decent amount of beans on the burrito. She just looked at me like huh??
I told her that the burrito looked like some spread the beans on the tortilla. Just like you would if you were buttering your bread.
She replied we don't put butter on the burrito. I tried to explain that I was trying to give her an example how ridiculous there burrito was...

What is wrong with this location???
i don’t know what it is, I don’t know what they do differently at this location compared to every other Taco Bell in the world, but this specific location is the best t-bell you’ll ever have. Everything i get here is so hot and fresh and flavorful compared to other taco bell’s. This is God’s Favorite Taco Bell.
Went in for the first time in a long time. Wanted to try the new nacho fries. Service was great and the food was good and hot. I wasn't really impressed with them. They were good but I would order them again.
