Don't try to help after you have them your money. He needed ones to give me my change. So I have him and additional 5 ones. Then he said the 5 dollar bill was part of my change. Had to argue for 5 minutes that it was for the additional 5 ones. Then when I sat down to eat my tacos, they were very soggy. Shell and paper got totally wet because they lettuce was very wet!
I've been here multiple times and 4 out of 5 times something major is missing from my drive through order. Last time it was two items. I tell myself I'm never coming back, but eventually I end up there again. I am astounded when the order is actually correct because it's so rare.
Absolutely terrible. Dine in was open and we walked in. No service, was told rudely to use the kiosk, that was OFF. They then told us to order on the app. Which crashed 5 times. Finally the we were told when trying to get the food we paid for that it was door dash only for walk ins. (Our car is too big for the drive through) why didnt they start with this? Worst service I have ever had in my history of eating at fast food, and i know good service, i *work* fast food. Our meal also took forever to come out, dont eat here, waste of your time and worth.
This location is consistently skimpy!
Spent over $30 on tacos mostly. There was barely any meat or cheese to them at all.
I felt like I got ripped off! Tried to give this location another chance after a month or two after we experienced the same thing. I thought maybe it was new people or something. But it seems to be a trend at this location.
They’re not ordering enough food or they’re just consistently cheap and skimpy.
As for me, I will no longer waste my money at this location.
I went to the Taco Bell on 75th tonight around 5:30 pm and they had 2 kids inside riding scooters in their dining area! I was smh this is totally wrong! No wonder they didn’t have anyone inside eating! Service was great at the drive thru window though. I should report it to the FDA
Consistently disregard requests for additional cheese/meat etc even though they charge you for it. Avoid if you actually like Taco Bell. The location at the top of Seattle Hill and 132nd is by far the best local Taco Bell.
I just moved to Everett. It's Sunday night, I'm tired, I'm not looking like I should be out in public so I order Taco Bell through Uber. Problem is, the driver sat for 45 minutes AFTER the order was made before he retrieved it. I called the restaurant, spoke to Jordyn explained my situation and drove to their location. I was greeted by Haley, Jordyn had my order remade in under 5 minutes for free and offered a free beverage. Even though it's not their fault. Kudos to Jordyn and Haley for going above and beyond with their excellent customer service.
Very incompetent workers. I used door dash to deliver my food from this Taco Bell since I didn’t have my car today and I was busy at work, they put the power bowl in the bag without any utensils. So pretty much I ordered a bowl for nothing
