i ordered a taco online and when i arrived the doors were locked and i just got off of closing at work. they didnt have any closing hours on the door i went to and refused to give me my food i already ordered and saw bagged up through the glass.
I know there’s a running joke about Taco Bell food not being evenly made—e.g. more beans on one side of your burrito than the other—but it’s been especially bad the two times I’ve been here for a quick bite. Today, my Stacker was almost entirely cold cheese till I got to the bottom half.
Waited 25 minutes for our small order, and not only they didn’t put sour cream on my SUPREME taco, we paid extra for extra sour cream and didn’t receive it. Thanks Taco Hell.
I was at the Westover location around 4 o’clock November 5. Stood at the register for about 15 minutes then ask if I can order at the register and pay cash. The girl said yes but you’re gonna have to wait with a real nasty attitude. I apologized and said never mind and went to McDonald’s.. i’m a business owner myself, and those are the kind of people I fire. And we wonder why foreigners are taking over all the jobs because they work hard and are pleasant. zero stars.
App sucks for payments. Never works the first 5 attempts. Otherwise, the food is good.
Don’t do Dine In … super slow. They don’t care if anyone is at counter waiting to be served. Drive thru customers are the only thing going here. Sad and sappy. I waiting 15 min. Only one lady said she would be with me in a minute.
That never happened either.
I used to go there so often, breakfast, lunch and even dinner. But today I made an order through their mobile app. Chose drive-through as pickup option. App said my order is in the process of being made and it takes 3-5 minutes to complete the order. I went there to pickup but noone was seen at the front. I honked twice but nobody appeared. Then had to go inside. Three ladies were busily talking at the back and didn’t even realize somebody entered. When I finally got the attention of one of them, I found out that they didn’t receive my order at all. I was soo pissed at this location, and the company itself for such terrible work with app. They offered me to make my order there, but I decided I will never eat their food again, so I cancelled my order.
Beef was hotdogs sauce from a can and was nasty!!! Fries were hard as a rock!!! And the cinnamon bun bites where fired too long really dark and very hard unable to eat!! Do not recommend this Taco Bell for anything but Napkins!
