Usually they do a good job! The employees are always the best. Very kind and courteous! Last time I ordered we had gotten 3 nacho Belle grandes all 3 different and all 3 were messed up. I work in food I tried to make our order as easy as possible. I wish they would come out with a build your own nachos. I don't know about everyone else but I think it would make life so much easier for the employees and the customers. Same with tacos. I'm not saying do away with their specialty items or their set items just maybe have a create your own. Not everyone likes the same things and as paying customers we want things the way we like them.
Ordered 3 taco boxes on4/5/24 . Guess they didn't like doing their job. Tacos were barely put together. Then 1 sauce packet was put in each box.
It's a hit or miss day to day. The food is normally pretty good, so long as it's made right. If it's busy, the food normally is made haphazardly or will be incorrect. I've gotten really dry and flakey refried beans before. And I've also had burnt/really crunchy and hard to eat rice in a power bowl before. It's a small parking lot with not much room and on a busy street, so it gets really packed during the night on weekends, especially. Cars will be lined up on the street. Most things are decently priced, and they are one of the cheapest fast food options in town. All in all, it's a good and cheap option, but it's never consistently good or bad.
Always get my order right and the guy that works the drive through is always amazingly polite. Prefer this taco bell over the other end of town because the food always tastes better and the accuracy is better.
Inside the restaurant is a bit blah. Its always cold enough that my nose starts running just from the chill, the seats are falling alart, and the buttons on the drink machine have what looks like mold growing in them.
We drove to get tacos 16 miles and got home and said we ordered 8. Now I'm not blaming it on the cashier, but the woman i was on the phone with, I would hate to work with you.
We got home and had 4. Really? Now we paid for 4, but she said oh eight i heard 4 you must have ordered wrong.Not them us, huh? Lady, you are not very nice to customers, and you must have been by the cashier to know this. I didn't want to give YOU a star. YOU. People check your orders .yes, I'm upset 32 miles. I had to be in Alliance. I live in the country.
for 4 tacos.you should b ashamed. Then you blame the cashier. So I get a 1 taco for lunch. Handicap accessible

Service was terrible girl was more worried if I was done ordering then taking my order kept asking is that all. They then messed up my order only got half a quesadilla and messed up my order did not get a burrito I ordered food quality was bad taco schell was cracked and tasted days old other taco was missing half the stuff In it.
This is the worst fast food place to choose to eat from they mess up your order every time you either get what you ordered and its wrong or soggy or you get whatever 3 items they decide to toss in a bag and give it to you they dont care about doing their job correctly fire everyone and rehire new workers they all suck out loud
I have eaten here a lot in the past few years. The quality has increased exponentially. They went from messing my order up every time to getting it spot on every time. Whoever is managing this place has been doing a great job. The food tastes great too. Maybe you all can improve on one thing I've noticed about all taco bells. The placement of the food on burritos is not usually evenly distributed. Getting a big bite of only rice or only sauce isn't the greatest. Other than that you all are doing a great job!!
