Haven't had the Bell in a while, so we stopped by on the way through. The food and service were okay. Tried the "newer" cantina chicken taco, and I don't know if they put the wrong thing in, but it wasn't that impressive. The nachos were okay.
Took 10 minutes to get my app order and the cantina chicken burrito had 4 very small pieces of chicken. Very disappointed.
Best Taco bell I have ever been to. Staff was so kind. Food was great.
The staff tonight were great. I was trying to pay with my phone and just wouldn't work. Theyet me have my 2 tacos when clearly they didn't have to. Thank you I will pay it forward.
Young lady at the drive through at 11:30 am on 2/21/24. You are so professional and friendly. Just all around warm respectful person. Taco Bell is Lucky to have you. Usually you get that type of service in much higher standard establishments. Every time I go to this Taco Bell everyone is super nice. Nice enough for me to want to post a review on it!
Absolutely ridiculous. Waited 10 minutes for a mobile order of 1 burrito. I was the only person in the store. I watched one of the staff members make a meal for herself and then go and sit in the lobby. Another girl was just standing at the food preparation playing on her phone.
The only good thing about the visit was that they were playing Phil Collins - something happened on the way to heaven
It truly says something about a fast food restaurant if people are writing reviews about it. I don’t make it a priority to leave reviews only when it truly matters and my goodness, the drive thru staff member on nights is quite rude and unprofessional. The times Ive been here at night more specifically to this one staff member: while providing my order I get ignored and need to repeat because he is having casual conversation while I’m providing my order and gets my order wrong. Then when receiving my food also having casual conversation with other staff members and not addressing me properly or stating anything just extending the kiosk to take my payment and passing me my food. I find this extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant as a customer. Note there is nothing wrong with talking but completely ignoring customers is a no go. Hope this improves
Best taco bell I have been too. The beautiful black woman who is taking the orders is so polite and professional. She sets the tone for a wonderful experience. Food was ready quickly provided napkins, straws and plenty of sauces which is essential. Keep killing it.
