I can’t believe this guy. He is trying to make me drive around the drive thru 4 times. You must have the orders ready to pick up I did take time to drive here. Usually they have it ready. Today is been a clown show.
Every so often my wife gets in the mood for Taco Bell, and not once have they ever gotten the order 100% correct. It's usually because she likes to substitute beans for meat and they screw that up. This time they were so close to actually getting the order right. This time, they competely left out an item in the order. The bigger problem however is that I guess since I ordered online they started the order right away, so all the hard tacos were soggy by the time I got home (3 minute drive each way). Won't be ordering online every again!
I waited 40 minutes for my food and it was cold and half wrong. The lobby and parking lot is FULL of unhappy customers waiting on their food. Soda machine is completely out. No orders are coming out of the counter. Never had such a terrible experience.
They try to make you go to the kiosk I want a person if I'm still paying the same price for my food. The soda machine has been broken for a year and nothing but lies from the manager waiting for a part stop . Get this store running right. That workers are always happy and smiling and fast.

Great workers, great food. Just don't like how the manager makes the customers use the computer to order while dinning in, or use your phone. Takes a job or two away. If the manager takes a minute to realize that his position is a couple years away from being taken by a computer he might reconsider.
