First time at this location. I was just rolling through town and stopped to get a bite to eat. I ordered the number 8 combo, which is 3 Doritos Locos Tacos supreme with no lettuce and extra beef, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, and a large drink. The tacos were hot and really good and stuffed to the top. The Mountain Dew was really flat, and it needed more dew flavor. The customer service was great. The men's bathroom needed attention it smelled like urine, but it did have hand soap. The dining room was in pretty good shape.
It's okay ????, I don't really like to give a bad review, but I just wanted to say that as I was walking in a gentleman with 3 children was walking out and said to me, "if you're not kiosk savvy, might as well hang it up" ???????? he was right! 99% of people using the kiosk to order make mistakes and the personal doesn't even say GOOD EVENING, because they may just have to look at you and answered a question that you may have & that is not why there are there for! LORD! what is happening to our society ???????? People needs to be trained in the same customer service they teach at "Chic Fill A"
Got taco grande supreme and a supreme should be like taco supreme. It was missing stuff then 2 sweet teas husband sucked something up in straw. That was like a piece of steak. I got sick after that. Nasty if they not cleaning there utensils. Soak, Wash Rinse
I haven't been to this location in years. The food is good and made great. I didn't get one of my orders, but they were able to fix it for me, when I came back.
Love the fact they are open late. Food is always good and fast.
Food is great, place very clean, staff horrible customer service horrible you order one thing and they want to rush you. And then forgot my food. And have an attitude when you return with receipt to inform them. Customer service training should be part of the hiring process.
Yummy! Had a great experience. Went through the drive thru, lady taking order was polite & patient. Recieved food at window & it was hot, as well made correctly. Will be back!
Ordered: 5 layer burrito combo! All was great
I was missing a burrito and the food was cold. Also, the bag had food all over the place because the tacos wasn't fully wrapped.
