This is one of my favorite spots to go to for fast food simply because the staff is so hard working, courteous, and genuinely friendly. There are a lot of times that I walk in and even the staff members on their break greet me. Such quality atmosphere can't help but reflect the quality of the product!
Used the drive through 2 days ago and let me tell you the workers amazing wonderful wonderful job! I didn't feel rushed or like I was bothering them it was a refreshing experience not all fast food are the same but I will be going back again and again! And the food was the best part! Thank you for getting my order correct!!!
I like this Taco Bell But they seem to sometimes a lot miss items or don't follow what was asked so customers come back ive seen pretty upset. Also have seen a lot of time getting their orders out. Not calling them out, but people make mistakes amd we dont know whats going on back there, but probably just wise to remember To check your order Before leaving maybe?. Also try to remember that people make mistakes and we shouldn't give are workers a hard time. If it was a continuing constant thing then that's a bit of a different matter to handle, but I think you're getting what I'm saying. Haha

Been going to them for many years. I go in to order takeout, I don't like talking to machines. The counter person would not take my order. She just walked me to some computer screens. I told her what I wanted and she walked to the display and punched my order. It was totally wrong. I like crispy tacos and got 3 soggy flour tacos. Bye bye Taco Bell
It was my first time ordering breakfast here, and I thought it was hella bomb!!! ???? I was also in a rather large truck with a trailer being pulled on the back of it, so *actually* driving through the drive thru was not an option...... even though it was early enough in the day that driving through the drive thru was *actually* the only open option at the time. I ordered our food through the Taco Bell app, though, so that they had our order and then called them on the phone and explained the situation. They completely understood, and had absolutely no problem accommodating us. Ohh the reason for the difficulty in the first place was because the actual lobby wasn't open yet, so we couldn't walk in to order our food but couldn't fit through the drive through to order it either...... Maybe I should have made that clearer earlier. Lol. But in the end, there's probably very few people that are *actually* going to read this entire thing anyway, so to those that do congratulations, you get a gold star for the day! ???????????? Ohh, I almost forgot to mention the only thing I did not like AT ALL, I thought it was really gross ???? the iced cinnabon delight coffee..... gross in EVERY way fast food restaurant coffee can be....
Now imma start off with i don’t usually leave harsh reviews for businesses as a customer service worker myself but I’m a British type fuming right now. I asked for extra nacho cheese for my nacho fries and they gave m e 1/3rds full of the dixie cup of nacho cheese. If i pay for extra cheese i expect that mf cheese. The fact the both dixie cups of “EXTRA” nacho cheese could equal ONE dixie cup of nacho cheese is genuinely heartbreaking to me. I expected so much more from you taco bell and I don’t know if I’ll ever recover from this. I’m very disappointed and if I experience anything like this again from THEE taco bell I’ll probably kms.
Received no utensils, napkins, or sauces. This, after realizing my extras, that I paid for, were not added to the food.
Drive thru was clean and the speaker was clear. Order was accurate so what else can you ask for? It was midnight when we ordered.
