I thoroughly hate this tacobell. My experience is always disappointing. What is going on where y’all literally rush at this window. I felt like the girl at the window was throwing my food, card and drink at me the way she was handling my food. She was nice while ordering, although she was trying to round my change up after i said NO. I’ll drive down the street for now on … cause y’all didn’t have have a line, y’all rushed my food … and it was mediocre.
Did not receive taco supremes in 4 of the last 5 times we got our usual order of 2 Mexican pizza meals. Tonight was another time and the pizza had a miniscule amount of topping besides receding regular instead of taco supreme. I tried calling several times to talk and no one answers the phone. The only reason that the one time the order was correct is because I asked to make sure the tacos were correct. Planning to stop by and talk to the manager tomorrow but want everyone to make sure they ask for their order to be double checked before you get to the pick up window since they don’t answer if you call.
Horrible just straight horrible the picture added is my crunchy tacos that were so mushy and nasty and cold that I could not even eat them so much grease just dripping out of the wrapping like so bad I don't even know what to say never going there again and would not recommend this Taco Bell to anybody
Wasted my lunch break then they want to replace it some other day ...what about my lunch today duhhhh if u work in these places paybattention to detail people don't order it right for you to get it wrong I ask my burrito be grilled and I got a damn cold one well really both was cold and I work less than a min away so it's really ridiculous u would serve anyone cold tacos wth
Why do companies treat delivery drivers like trash.. my time is important also.. 15 mins here not one order has come up.. The drive-through isn’t even busy employees are laughing goofing off and obviously, not working.. not even short staff just terrible management.. they hire and promote anyone these days.. sad
Right at 10pm, the drive-thru was at complete gridlock for close to 10-minutes, but I guess it was just a lot of big orders. No big deal, enjoying time with my wife. But, still, it's Taco Bell and it's affordable for the amount you get.
Ordered a nacho cheese and got maybe 5 chip's in total to be able to dip in the nacho cheese given.. but 1-2 of those chip's were broken to make look like more were given smh.. how would you feel receiving this at the amount you paid for it ????
Been to this Taco Bell many of times over the past 30 plus years. Taco Bell's been here long as I've been around gone through many changes always seem to have good food good service and when you don't they're easy to fix it. Loving the new restaurant keep up the great work many thumbs up 5 stars
