I don't leave a lot of reviews but the service we got at this Taco Bell. We sat down and waited for our order. One of the workers walked over and apologized telling us that they ran out of rice and needed to make sure. We said no problem and waited. Not too long later our food came out. Then, the same worker came and offered us dessert for being so patient. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and it was appreciated
I've never left a review for a fast food place, but let me tell you, this was the best experience I've ever had at taco bell. The cashier at the window was so nice and sweet, the food was made 100% correctly and those making the food didn't skimp on anything. Kudos!
My order was correct and food was decent. The service could be better. No one greeted me. Stood by for like 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter so I could get my order that was ready sitting on the back counter. There were people in the back and one woman looked at me multiple times and did not say a word. She could have at least said someone will be with you in a minute. But the counter girl was too busy running food outside.
I don’t normally leave reviews but can’t get them to answer the phone ever. This is just gross. Please wear a hair net. Definitely shouldn’t of had to pay for this and can’t even get a manager on the phone
Watched a dude carry out someone's order in light rain and he maintained his professionalism, perfect handoff, the whole nine yards.
My Taco bell female is apparently unable to enter a light drizzle and continued waving me over and shouting to park in the handicap spot so she wouldn't get wet.
***The interesting part is, while she maintained the fact she was unable to enter the light rain --> my food is apparently more than welcome in the rain.**
So after a few moments of confusion, i walked over and got the food.
That was fun explaining to my coworkers why they have soggy nachos -_-
I'll go here again, but I will not move from the drive-through again. I dare the manager to ask me why.

I don't ever write reviews but somehow yall messed up everything in the entire order, it was simple 1 burrito no lettuce, no sour cream. 2 double crunch tacos with sour cream, and 2 just regular double crunch tacos. We received nachos with cheese, 2 regular soft tacos and a burrito with extra sour cream and lettuce and a double crunch taco with extra lettuce. All the employees seem to look like they are on drugs, I hope your manager is reading this. Do not visit this location, I don't care if you are starving....crawl to the next one

Great Job
We waited for our takeout order for a very long time. There was plenty of staff. Mostly playing around. They quit working to go out to the ice cream truck to get ice cream. Paid for extra meat on several items, did not get it. Very disappointing ????
