I have to keep my rating at 1 star. I ordered a Chicken Crispanada and it took 20 minutes to get my order. It's no wonder it took so long … they must have "toasted" it ten times. Instead of being a golden brown crispy casing, it was a black hard and break apart casing. Very disappointed yet again. I keep wanting to give them another chance but they continue to fail.
Clean. Fast. Typical visit to Taco Bell. A nice location in Meadville employing a number of young adults. Food came out exactly as ordered. The sleek and modern redesign is fine, but the flare and character that made Taco Bell overall unique is missing. I'm sure this is a corporate thing more than specific to the location, but my experience was extremely transactional with little positive human interaction.
The food was good, but the worker I encountered today was downright rude. We ordered on the kiosk because nobody was working the front which wasn’t a problem. We waited for our food and got it when our name was called, however we’re still missing cups. So we go up and ask for cups and a nice young guy came over to help us as another female employee snapped on us. “What do you need” “We don’t have any food orders back here so don’t come asking for anything” “Did you pay, or do you need cashed out?” Everything was said very rudely and very snippy, all we needed were some cups and had asked nicely before this encounter as well. I understand having a bad work day but as someone else who works in customer service, the service here is terrible :(
We got the fiesta potatoes ????, a spicy, soft potato ???? taco and my friend got a chicken and cheese quesadilla!! All excellent choices, even when I brought home half her quesadilla for later. Just popped it into the air fryer for 1 minute and voila!
The food is almost always good, majority of the time my order is correct, and the dining room is generally clean. The bathroom usually could use a bit of cleaning but it's not horrible.
Very good service. They where pretty quick when getting orders for two big family back to back.
Went today got a burrito surp. No beans and 3 soft tacos and Mexican pizza no tomatoes, burrito had beans, pizza had tomatoes, and all the tortillas were stale. Needless to say we didn't enjoy our food at all.
I forgot my card and asked them to remove the 2 items off my order and just use my free Taco coupon and Jeremy paid for my order. He was so nice and the service was fast :)
