Absolutely our new fav. Showed up Sunday night just before midnight and the staff was unbelievably courteous and the tacos were awesome. We will now drive from Rockford to come out here to this one just cause of how we were handled. KUDOS to the gal at the drive through window and to all the staff. Now you will get us twice a week.

I proceed to order some nacho fries. All I had was Cash and they told me all I can do is use the kiosk. They are doing nothing but just standing back there not doing much of anything I don't understand why it was so hard to give me two large nacho fries to be raining up at the front desk and they couldn't even do that they told me I had to use a kiosk. I recommend not going to this one terrible service
I really hate posting negative reviews. I am naturally a positive person and would rather share happy memories. That being said, the first time I went through the drive thru, they got my order of over $40 wrong. This was not figured out until we got home and since we live over 20 minutes away, there was no way I was driving back on the same day. But, I did call the manager and was told it would be replaced, written in the book, and I wrote down her name and kept hold of the receipt so there would be no problems. Two days later, however, we did return. I was given a hard time about what would be replaced, then we waited at the window for over 15 minutes while the prepared 3 items, only to get home to find them ALL prepared incorrectly. Now, after I've spoken to another manager, I get to return and hopefully they will get it right the third time... But, third times a charm, right?

I came to this Taco Bell, only car in drive thru, and ordered one taco supreme, one pintos and cheese (no onions), sour crème side order, and fire sauce. Total of two major items, sour cream and sauce packets which they usually put in the bag anyway. Everything was correct on screen. Received my meal, no spoon for pintos, so went through drive thru again, “sorry”. Then, shame on me, should’ve checked closer, no sauces. I don’t have don’t have time to go through again. Dry beans and no spice to taco. Very disappointing. Really disappointing part, I was the only customer in the lot/drive thru.
Paid $25, tacos fell apart in the bag. Had 4 items and didn't get all 4 the 1st time through the drive thru, had to circle back around. Crunchwrap was thinner than my index finger. Can't even go get food without feeling like I wasted $20 for food I could've made for cheaper and better. Sickening
This restaurant is going downhill!!! Couple weeks ago, went to dine-in, and all over counters were, "Sign in at kiosk"...this is the great & small village of Winnebago. How about keepin' with customer/cashier interaction?!?! :-(
What a joke! I ordered Three taco Supreme & they are like MINI TACOS! The cashier, who is very nice, asked if I wanted regular or supreme! My gosh-this sucks!!!
Never a good sign when the employees whisper to each other and laugh before they hand you your food. Then I get home and I'm missing food. Great staff. Great establishment.
