I usually don't rate fast food... but I just had to today. I could not believe how amazingly well the burritos and stackers were made at this location. Evenly spread ingredients and actual solid burritos. Seriously best Taco bell in the area. I am gonna make the longer drive to this location for now on. Thank you to todays amazing kitchen staff! -UPDATE- 05/ 24 Made the drive last weekend after a softball tournament and need updated. This time I ordered 5 beefy crunch burritos and 4 box meals. Of the 5 burritos, 4 of them were bean burritos with a sprinkle of ground beef, not cool. We also received a sharpie in our bag of burritos... so if an employee was looking for their sharpie, we have it.
When I eat "fast food" I choose Taco Bell 4 out of 5 times. My favorite one is on Wales Road, just south of Fulton. Food is always the freshest. The staff is top notch, ALWAYS!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Me and my friends ordered thru the taco bell app and they arrived so fast! Our food is truly the best taco bell we’ve ever had!!! Sorry i don’t have any pics but it was beautiful ????
This review used to be 5 stars. I'm not sure why the quality of this location has dropped so much recently. They're still as fast as they were, but they're starting to get orders wrong and they simply won't give you sauce when they say they will. I asked for extra sauce twice because the drive thru screen said "4 packs", and the girl assured me there would be "a bunch". There were 6 sauce packs when I ordered 5 things, and one of my items was also the wrong thing. They didn't even bother to give me my receipt so I could fill out the survey and let them know they screwed up my order. Please step it up.
Theres only one piece that has chicken, seriously??? And the chalupa shell was stale. Am i in the wrong for wanting them to do a decent job on my order that i paid for? I called in to get a refund and the manager was very rude and mind you this was an after midnight order and he says i had to come to the store before 3 am or im out of luck. Probably will still be working there in 10 years. Learn how to make a taco. I will never go to this location again. Kevin D. was the managers name.

We love this location. Very clean, friendly staff, rarely get anything incorrect with orders, and they're so quick! We come here pretty regularly even if it's just for a drink. We greatly appreciate speed, accuracy, good customer service and cleanliness ESPECIALLY for fast food!! This staff should all receive raises. You can hear them encouraging each other in the back all the time and complementing each other.
Very rude in the phone when their delivery did not bring the whole order. Instead of saying they made a mistake they said they don’t deliver using their app using DoorDash when it literally was DoorDash that got a hold of me. Wanted a gift card
Taco Bell is a fav....unless you order online, the staff ignores you. The entire menu displays chicken. No options for this diabetics....
