I went to this Taco Bell on May 24. I placed the order for drive thur pickup. The employee made me get out of my car to pickup inside instead. I then had to wait 15 minutes for my food that I placed 10 minutes in advance making me nearly late for work. They didn't even had nacho fries, I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do that and could onyl substitute it for another item, so then I asked for iced coffee then hot coffee which they don't have either so I told them I would just contact taco bell support. The craving box that I did receive wasn't even made properly. They didn't remove the tomatos or subsitute the black beans and the nachos were darker then they usually are and hard to chew. I was quite disappointed with the service and food I received
I went a week ago on a Saturday and they were sold out of common food items. So I went the next day. I ordered ground beef chalupas and the woman put them as chicken. Maybe if she had both ears cleared, she would’ve heard my order better. Instead, she had the drive thru headset on one ear and an AirPod in the other. It was the woman with red/pink hair and has like a pink heart tattoo behind one of her ears (left ear, I believe). Thanks for messing up my order. That was really appreciated.
I was hopeful that this place was making a change for the better because it was under new management. After this evening I realized that nothing could be further from the truth. I ordered the 12 taco pack; 6 crunchy, 6 soft. I asked for the lettuce to be put on the side. That's the only thing they got right.
When I got home I noticed that one of the tortillas on the soft tacos was completely orange from grease. That's when I went to inspect the rest of them. Every single one of them was full of grease...???? To make matters worse, I called the store in hopes of getting them remade and was told by the unprofessional and RUDE manager that, "it's great food so I dunno what you was expecting. I can remake them but they still gonna be greasy because I made it myself. I mean, I dunno what you want me to do. "
And all of the times I have eaten there not once has the food EVER been greasy. I'm going to take what's left over to management in the morning and hope and pray for more understanding because this is absolutely unacceptable!
Service sucks.. there’s a few employees who are actually nice and caring, others nah. This one chick literally kept looking at me but wouldn’t come to the front and take my order. she just kept staring at me lol. oh yea not to mention it took 45 mins to get my food and i placed it online… The atmosphere is nice though very peaceful.
Well my wife and I were told to order online because they are not accepting any other orders. Downloaded the app with 30mins until closing and then was not able to order to that location. The rude employee thought she had the right to raise her voice while outside with the other 3 employees smoking and not even inside. That right there is unacceptable laziness. Period. Taco Bell needs to hold their people accountable. Really bad customer service!
By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!! Food was cold and grease soaked through the taco shell and wrapper and bag. Service was horrible, acted like i was wrong for wanting my food made over because it was hot and covered in excessive grease. Wouldn’t change the Mt dew in the machine because it was “to much to do”. Under no circumstances will I go to this Taco Bell again and will go out of my way to suggest no one go there unless they want horrible cold food
I’ve come here several times and have worked at Taco Bell previously and know how long it should take to make certain items. I should not be waiting for 10+minutes for two items and a hash brown that they dropped when I ordered. This long of a wait is absolutely insane for that small of an order.
I dont know what kind of supervisors you have working at the eglin parkway taco bell but wth. Literally 90% of the time we order from there, it is wrong. Its not even complicated orders. We go here because its convenient but im finally done givi g you guys chances. That place should be shut down. Read the screen and make the order correctly. There was only 2 people in the restaurant this morning. It wasnt busy. Shame
