I have been going here for a year, always thinking it can't be as bad as it was the last time. And yet... There is literally always some new issue happening here, no matter what day/time we go. They get orders wrong, the drive-thru will stop entirely for 20 minutes (or for the night) with no explanation, they lock the doors early, or suddenly not take cards. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE.
Taco Bell is truly amazing! While the overall experience is fantastic, there are occasional instances where the soda machine may be out of order, resulting in either nothing coming out or the sodas tasting a bit off. While this can happen, it's a minor inconvenience and doesn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of the delicious food and great atmosphere Taco Bell
has to offer.
It's chain food, not a lot to say about it but the CA immigrants who work there to work hard and try hard to please.
About 30 years ago a good friend of mine who lived in LA told me about a teip to Mexico and that they went into Tijuana and saw a Taco Bell had recently opened, I laughed and guessed it was probably going out of business, he said the opposite, they had lines running for blocks outside.
I asked why, I didn't think it was really very authentic. He said that it was because so many there go up to work in Cali and they've gotten very used to it and missed it.
It was pretty slow around 9:30 p.m. in the evening this was the first time I went to this Taco Bell and they definitely delivered when I asked for my order to have extras and they did not get my order wrong. Definitely a good experience the Wooster Taco Bell is super slow.
Best time to go is right when they open obviously. But the drive thru line is always stacked. It was really clean and nice inside.
Was there today, No Drive through. Had to go in. 1 Kiosk working, 2 people in front of me. no one working the counter and 2 Employees on the phone and one making food. I contacted Corporate about this. This is not expectable.
Love this Taco Bell always taste as good. Never had a problem here and the price is actually pretty good too.
Lobby closes early at 8:50 p.m. daily and same on busy days like Friday/weekends, super crazy! They need to keep the lobby open because drive-thru is crazy long! Need more workers on certain days because it gets very busy. Having the lobby open would also make it more easy and convenient for delivery drivers as well when needing to pick-up orders. Nice place, just absolutely slow ????. Could definitely be better. Management failed miserably.
