Love this location! My favorite of all. Super nice people. Fun interactive. They are great with remembering me. Usually have my mobile order pulled up right as I’m pulling up. Just down right awesome. Never feel like I get ripped off on portions. Nothing is ever cold. Hands down my favorite! The name with the happy face always makes my day!
It seems as though every time I go in this Taco Bell.. the staff are always so friendly and the food is delicious!!! I definitely want to do a shout out to the manager Alan, he is always so nice and it seems as though he goes above and beyond to make his customers feel appreciated!!! Sometimes I go in everyday just to get a Pepsi and it is always a pleasure dealing with him!!!
The air conditioner was ridiculously cold! Had to take My Mom Outside and Eat the Car She Was Freezing And it Was only 68°at 10:30 at Night No one Wanted to Wait On You. There were 3 customers Ahead of Us and They Came Out after Us? I'm All for Working in A Cooler kitchen Yet That Was Overkill !!!
I heard the girl working say make the order skimpy because the person behind me didn't donate to the kids college fund. So your telling me that if I don't donate to your college fund I get less for my money. Thus didn't happen to me, but the car behind me. I'm a veteran of foreign war and had to go to war basically to get my college paid for because I didn't have money to go to school. Why should I or anyone else get shorted because they don't want to give your corporation money they don't have or don't know where it is actually going. I'm really upset about this seeing I like taco bell and eat there often. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, this is absolutely wrong.
I ordered breakfast on the app and when I got to the resturant to pick my order up the workers said they weren't doing breakfast that day because of modified hours due to being a holiday. Okay, understandable. But then both workers there got super rude and refused to replace the food with something else or refund me because "they aren't responsible for the app". It was a holiday so instead of getting the police involved to get my money back from these rude employees, I left and contacted the apps customer service. It has been a month and I still have not heard anything back about a refund. All I have gotten is an email for a $5 reward which doesn't even begin to cover my $35 order I did not get or my time being wasted. Ive sent 4 messages and tried calling corporate with no answer. Absolute garbage service.
Whoever made this must of been in a bad mood. ????????????♀️???? Soggy too ???? It's also nice when your sitting in the drive thru you hear the cleaning short cut the drive thru person likes to take washing dishes. Maybe he should find a job he cares about ????
Hours seem to be back to normal now. Fast and consistent. Can’t ask for much more at Taco Bell. And fast food is never a 5 but they don’t usually get my orders wrong even when I customize items.
Wanted to try the Mexican Pizza that was brought back. Was not impressed….. ????. I went to the TacoBell drive through Saturday around 11:30am it took me over 15 minutes to get through the line. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. Once I got my food, I opened the Mexican Pizza box to find this soggy, poorly prepared sorry excuse of a Pizza. Took one bite and through it in the trash. I think the issue here is the staff and not so much the product. Will not be returning to this location.
