I hate this location. Every single time it’s wrong.
This time I ordered Mexican pizza with extra tomato and got close to none, and cheesy potato’s with no sour cream and got sour cream ???? and didn’t get any of my sauces
I'm all for fast food and quick service, but get the order right, I asked for no lettuce. And no beans, got got both. Paid 6 dollars for a small order of nacho fries.... should have check my order since it was already made before I even paid. If you have any specific requests for your order find another tacobell to go to. 2/10 for this order. Would rate the atmosphere but there is none. Plus do you see the "meat" portion for this taco, trash.
Out of the 4 taco bell's in Anderson this is the only one that can get my order correct. I go to this one even though I have one right down the street from where I live but they always mess my order up at the 10th and Scatterfield location. The 10th and Scatterfield location has messed up every order I have ever made and I ALWAYS have to go back so I no longer go there. They are individually owned so no corporate. I know if I was an owner even though not corporate I would want to know if customers weren't happy but I can't get a number from them...hopefully Broadway will keep up the good work and make customers orders correct...Broadway is the best Taco Bell in Anderson..
We got carry out at the Broadway location and it was awesome ordered my food with extras on it and they actually hooked it up and it was very good. Thanks so much
Ordered from DoorDash the past 3 nights and when my food got here it was all stale and cold and the dasher was only 2 minutes away so it’s not their fault
Worst experience ever with this Taco bell get home totally the wrong order go back they read my order off and re-make it get home and still wrong. The rudest manager ever and it was truly Nasty the meat & beans was colder than the lettus I'm done ✔️
Love guy manager on Broadway he's amazing. His crew sucks but he is awesome and always polite an fixes there mess up. He's amazing don't let him go
Ordered take out from inside. Food was made quickly and accurately. Staff was friendly. Whoever manages this restaurant deserves a metal. It's hard to find a place anymore with customer service skills and speed anymore. Will definitely be back
