This was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell, at any “fast food” place actually. This place was so gross! I don’t even mean a bit dirty. This place is disgusting!! Barf ???? ???? We ended up walking out after waiting 25 minutes for five tacos that turned out to be a joke. Picture above. There wasn’t anything in any of them and they were flung together. The bathroom was SOO COLD I couldn’t sit on the seat if I wanted to. Never mind the grease all over the doors and windows. Soda and sticky floors. The employees WERE SO RUDE TOO!!! Pardon me for asking “How long?” After waiting 25 for a couple tacos. Come on. TERRIBLE. If I could I wouldn’t give a star at all.
The food was good but compared to other Pizza Huts they have a limited menu and no salad bar. The service was excellent but as far as atmosphere goes there just wasn't any. My party of two were the only ones there. They had a TV on the wall but it was off. I guess they thrive off of app orders.
Takes incompetence to an entirely and awesomely new level. Couldn't believe my eyes in the half hour it took for our simple order... Completely botched, everything was wrong, power bowl came without any protein with brown lettuce tasting of the dishwasher, messed up on my burrito supreme and gave me Doritos hard taco and then blamed and charged me the difference. Quesadilla had no ingredients in most of it, extremely bare and dry. Flavors were completely bitter and off. 5 other people had significant issues with orders as we waited for ours... Absolutely laughably unbelievably incompetent to the level of a comedy.
This is the worst taco bell I've been to, and I've been to dozens...
I ordered 2 burritos from the $2 menu(other taco bell restaurants in Massachusetts have the items priced at $2 while here the price on the menu is $2.59). After I ordered and paid(the pricing not being visible to the customer during ring up) I checked my receipt to find out the fiesta veggie burrito rung up as $2.79. I notified the manager of this and all they said was the price was wrong on the menu board and then proceeded to take down the menu board. I would have appreciated a gesture of apology or a partial refund but none was forthcoming. Food is ok but burrito wrapper seemed very dry and cold.
The 3 ???? is for the employee who dealt with the customer ahead of me. She was polite and answered all their questions. This was the only person ordering food.
There is no atmosphere, because the place was dead. The place was a little dirty. The employee looked defeated.
This place does not make you feel wanted like other places.
They don't take the App. The prices are outrageous for a meal that can be made for less. At least I can cook any item they make.
I would say allow the App. Recognize your staff and help them shine. I did not order. I walked out and didn't feel guilty. I wish them well!
I lived in the area for 2 years and I frequented this Taco Bell/KFC until a couple of months ago. I never had an issue with the place and the food was always good. People... we aren't talking about a Gordon Ramsay restaurant here... stop expecting a 5-star level of service and take this place for what it is -- a good Taco Bell/KFC
Keep rushing me for orders even no one was behind us. Once on the window, other crew ask me ,”what is your order?”
I told him the order and then he handed me the order but could not provide the receipt!
At the beginning , I informed that have allergy of lettuce but my Doritos Taco, they put lettuce! When asked the the straw for the drink, said,”don’t have it”
This happened between 3:15 to 3:30pm.
I hope someone from Taco Bell read this and take action!
Tacos were good, I like them, kids loved them. Clean, people were nice.
