Google says they open at 7, they say they open at 8. Stood there from 7:50 to 8:15 while the cashier played on the phone and just looking outside. So still at 8:15 with cashier at counter fiddling with phone the doors are still locked!
The store was understaffed with 3 people, waited for assistance with a group of people to be met with unhappy staff. I wasn’t even able to order. The whole time the drive through seemed to be working well. People sitting in the restaurant also stated it took forever to get assistance.
Cashier would not serve me said I had to use kiosk, told her I choose not to use it. I said no I would use cashier at counter. She was adamant numerous times. told her if I am forced to use the kiosk I would leave. I left and went to The eat lake mead Taco Bell. I spent $24 there. I will not go to the n nellis store again and will relate the story to my extended family. We like Taco Bell but not north Nellis blvd in Las Vegas.
MADE EVERYONE SICK!!! Do not eat at this location. 4 of us ate here and within minutes of eating their food all 4 of us got sick. WARNING
I was wasn’t able to get any service due to the fact that I had to use the restroom in the restroom for customers only try to explain to multiple cashiers that I had to use the restroom in order to make my order as I had to use the restroom bad I was denied the restroom. Had to go to the sonics next-door who is more than willing to let me use the restroom and I ordered from them as well.
The service was bad. The simple burrito wasn't what I ordered, (hence, this review). At this point I'm already halfway to the other side of town with this grievance. The employees are "Over Paid" for this kind of service.
