i placed an order an hour before pick up and i ordered one with refried beans, it had beef in it and i found plastic as well. i would like to be refunded for my order as soon as possible.
This place is filthy on the outside to start . Then the way they greet you is ridiculous also. They say Taco Bell oh I really want to say I thought I was at some other place and leave. They can’t greet you normally but go out of their way to ask if you want to donate your change . That’ll be the day. Ordered 3reg hard tacos received 3 supreme, had to drive back there and he’s ready to give me correct order so I asked the employee if there was a price difference. Because I don’t know how much supreme s r. He brings manager over and I tell her price I paid she takes forever and then is going to return my money, I said why r u giving me my money back ? I heard other employee say she wanted a refund when that’s not what I said at all. So they had my order ready and were standing there with it but she closes window and is putting money in drawer as I wait then she gives me order . No sorry for your inconvenience just a nasty look. I’m notifying corporate also.
Food is not good ! Always a long wait! Short staffed constantly. I would not eat here anymore. Always overcooked. Tacos are over heated and stick to the paper making the crispy and soft shells rip open and break , the crispy shells are mush when unwrapped you need a fork to eat them. The Crunchwrap I took a bite of tasted terrible, I threw it out! WHO manages the restaurant? Dirty restrooms no soap Ever to wash your hands! How are employees washing their hands with No soap?
My first burrito was great! Then I moved to my second and the onions tasted terrible and they forgot my sauce packets. Then I moved to my potatos found no fork to eat them with and a hair in the cheese. Rather disappointing dinner to say the least.
I come to this establishment 4 times a week for lunch as it is 2 minutes from my place of employment. Normally I have a wonderful experience here.
UNFORTUNATELY, after today's experience, I will NEVER reulturn to this location with my business.
The current manager on duty on 3/11/24 @ 11:05am is the sole reason for this.
- my order was refused "due to the size of the order" and I was forced to reverse my vehicle out of the drive thru lane.
- then I get "I wish this m***** would"
Again, unfortunately, I am not the one to be threatened, so I confronted the manager in the store to explain her actions and then she proceeded to refuse to give her name or employee # when informed a complaint would be filed.
- If ownership of this establishment would like to review and confirm the termination of this employee, I will return my business to this location. - That statement is made with sincerity as I am a manager myself and would in no way excuse this behavior from a management staff member.
Again horrible service. I said before I wouldn't come here again. 10 minutes after placing order woman asks if we placed our order. received our food 22 minutes after placing order. Unacceptable. no one in drive thru... no one in lobby.
Waited 20 minutes after ordering in drive-thru. 2 of 4 orders were wrong. No sauces offered and food was tasteless. Place should be closed.
This is the worst run taco bell in the United States, waited 20 minutes for an incorrect order never received the drink I paid for, at 1 point there were 5 people waiting to make an order and they were never even acknowledged by the staff. The only good thing about this trip was knowing I never have to go back
