We are newer to the area. We have gone a couple times at night where we pull up and they tell us they have no meat. None. So we go somewhere else. Sometimes our tacos are overflowing with toppings and other times there’s barely anything to be found.
This is the most up and down Taco Bell I have ever witnessed when it comes to both service and quality of their food.
Update - the quality has gone down recently. Almost want to drop a star but giving the benefit of the doubt they can turn it around. We order supremes every time and we are receiving 1 to none tomatoes, along with low amounts of meat and other toppings. I also had a taco where all off the sour cream was outside of the taco. Employee was outside the entrance on a phone call swearing up a storm and talking about beating people up. Then took a video of the long line of cars that had formed around the building and started bragging that he was out there watching. I know they get breaks but cmon. I took a video of him walking back in and captured him hitting his weed pen in the entrance.
The person that took our order ( Landon on the receipt ) was the nicest order taker we have had at this Taco Bell, and super friendly and courteous at the window. Great job ! He needs better teammates !
My spicy potato tacos were cold. Food was decent and correct otherwise.
Veg. Mexican Pizza was sloppy, cold, and not filled to the edge with beans. Had to hear employees cursing and laughing, when they should have been paying attention to preparing the food properly! Hopefully, the replacement will be better. Do better Taco Bell. People want quality for their hard-earned money! Warning, check your food before U leave.
I mostly mobile order every time I go. With this they’re always super kind and funny. I mobile ordered on 4/23 around 5pm. All I got was a cheesy bean and rice burrito add chicken and potatoes. I didn’t even want to go because I haven’t been in a Taco Bell mood but I was tight on money and had some rewards. Let me tell you. I got home and took a bite into my burrito and paused… literally the BEST Taco Bell I have had in a long time. Super fresh ingredients and my food was still stupid hot. I was in shock and honestly had a rush of euphoria for a sec. I was in pure shock. Please model your employees that worked that day and keep up the amazing work!
Two chunks of chicken in my cantina taco. If you’re a local, you already know this is the worst TB in existence. Just want to give anyone passing through a heads up lol
I'm angry. This is what they call a beef chalupa. It's missing 60% of its ingredients. (Lettuce, tomato & sour cream)
Not to mention that there is barely any meat in them.
The workers were listening to loud, inappropriate music with cursing and references to doing drugs that my child could hear through the drive-thru window.
This is insulting and infuriating. The absolute nerve of these people, no shame and no responsibility.
I absolutely recommend people stay away from this trashy establishment. I will be making complaints to supervisors tomorrow and I will attempt to get ahold of HR or someone higher than those working in this store because this is unacceptable for $30 worth of food.
This location would be a frequent stop but we haven't had any luck with anything being good from here.
Reason for no star for food is because the food is trash. The chicken taco has 2 small pieces of chicken that is hard as a rock. Over cooked and no quality of food. For almost $3 this is a rip off. Service was good. FOOD TRASH Will not go back. I will drive to Elkhart IN on cr17 and get great food. At that taco bell. Ordered 6 of these for almost $20 and not able to eat them.
They are rude and don't put hardly anything in the burritos or tacos unless ya get lucky and then it's not bad. Too expensive for amount of food.
