LOVE this place! Yes sometimes they are so busy that you gotta wait which is totally understandable since they are one of the beat places in Ada to eat. Food is always good, workers are always friendly and down to earth. Have not been disappointed at all in this place. Thank you TB employees for doing your job well. It is appreciated.
Difficulty in ordering. I would have to share in the faulty communication.
Overall, the usual promptness of Taco Bell prevailed, despite the wrap around of business after lobby has closed.
Lately their staff has been a lot better than what it had been in the past. I’ve actually been getting some orders right. They have taken some of my favorite items off the menu and the ones they kept on seem to of had the portions cut 30%. The new remodel looks good and I like being able to punch of own order in at the screens up front as opposed to playing telephone and crossing my fingers for the right thing.
The lobby was nice and clean. Quick and easy time ordering. The bathrooms need some help. The food was good no mess ups on the order.
As I was in Taco Bell today on May the 10th at 1:35 there was a customer in there picking up DoorDash borders and the manager was so rude and hateful to him I was very shocked to see how rude she was and then she tries to cover up and tries to be nice they need different manager for sure if that's how she is going to treat her customers
I swear one of the managers are selling the meat out the back or just taking it home to eat it themselves, because the food you buy here rarely has any beef in it. So disappointing. We have eaten here three or so times and that's how I'm left feeling every time. Like I am eating a salad with no beef and a shell.
Edit: Some of these reviews aren't helpful at all, like the guy who gave 5 stars referencing the stores location in Norman, ok. Or the other person who said he had a bad experience and rated 4 stars. Not everything is for everyone, and apparently leaving reviews is one of those things. Jesus christ lord help me with them slow as people.
???? Good basic taco bell fare. Even though it was after dinner time the restaurant was clean and the young woman who waited on me was really nice. ???????? ????
