I walked in today with a $240 order for my coworkers. I tried ordering on the phone but they do not take orders over the phone. I walked in, they had no cars in the drive through and one couple eating inside. There was a female behind the counter that stared at me for probably 1.5 minutes before asking me if I need something. I said I wanted to order some food. She said to me that I don't need to roll my eyes at her. I asked her if she wants my business and she said no. I asked her if she was the owner of the store and she said no but someone else is and they don't want my business either. I walked out. Will never return and will contact the owner to let them know how his employees treat their customers.
On three different occasions at approx. 7:30 pm on a week night I went to the drive -thru and was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. Not going to bother frequenting this location in the future. Not sure if they are truly short handed or if the employees are just lazy but I never have this problem at any other fast food restaurant.
depressing, they often do this thing in the evenings @drive thru where a dude says "we're only taking doordash or mobile" but mobile is unavailable. or before you tell them what you want they say "its gonna be a 20-30 minute wait"
Evening staff behave verybad today i told them i got chalupa one is overbaked and 1 is not baked last night i got it . And i did not received fiasta potaotes i requested i need money back i dont need food they try to puch me to get food unless their food was uneatable . They told me run a way from store if you does not want food i am not says about money but atleast respect person who has wrong food and tacobell they have to understand customer situation . Outgamie county health department has to check their food night inspection
Was on the road for 4 hours today and decided I needed tacobell before getting home. Waited in the drive through line only to hear "I am not doing drive through orders only mobile orders" worst taco bell ever
Beware ordering large orders with Mexican pizzas. Competence is not this locations strong suit and will place everything on top causing the pizza to stick to the top, but take no accountability for how THEY pack the bag. Also, not all things on mobile app can be made even if you order. Truly and absolutely disappointed with the GM who said it was just how things are done. Poor management shadow for sure.
This taco bell was very busy and super slow. After 10 minutes we started counting for fun. And counting to 313 we finally got our food. The food was really warm and good though so it made up for it. Still had a great time at taco bell and the food was good!
The past 3 times I went here they wouldn't even take my order because there was one person.
I decided to get food in the morning thinking that there was more staff there at 10 am. The door was was locked and I looked inside the building there was nobody inside the restaurant.
This is by far the wrose taco bell I have ever been to it's obvious that owners do not care what happens there.
