Effeminate curly haired guy always shuts the grill down early and won’t serve the whole menu. Order is almost always incomplete or incorrect, and sometimes even cold. I really hope the district manager does something about this location.
Service recently has been great, and all of my orders have been perfect, so a huge improvement from the beginning of 2023.
Every location always puts sour cream on when I ask to not add it. This location did well today. 2 times they got it right the first time in the store out of 10 times coming here.
Chips are very very salty and 1/4 of cup of nacho cheese. They used to fill the cup up to the top. They advise it full in the pictures but a waste of $2.30 for chips n very little cheese.
No customer service representative to take the orders anymore.
I will stick with athletic Mexican restaurants for sure over this food.
Stopped here went to the drive through ordered 2 burritos. One had to repeat myself 2 burritos. 1 taco 3 times I get to the window. I drive out. I only have 1 Brito 1 taco. And he charged me for 2 burritos. And one taco.
What a joke this taco bell is in molalla all three cars in the drive thru had to go BACK inside to get are orders right how fuqing hard is it to get orders right and they want twenty dollars an hour everybody save yourself the headache don't spend your money with this place we will never ever go back to Taco Bell in molalla Oregon and we live in molalla good luck taco bell TERRIBLE
Okay so wanted the Mexican pizza easy beans extra beef they no longer sell those so my next go to would have been a big beef burrito supreme easy beans extra beef this is what I got. Last time I heard a big beef burrito supreme had beans beef lettuce tomato onion red sauce cheese and sour cream . While the sour cream may have melted I didn't taste any sour cream in it and as you can see there's a couple pieces of slivers of lettuce and a couple tomatoes I think they actually got the easy beans extra beef but still pathetic amount of beef thanks everyone.. portion control goes both ways they must have a standard . I do believe I'm going to give up going to Taco Bell for a long time
Possibly the saddest and most disgusting Doritos taco I have ever seen. I even had to pull around and wait in the parking lot for this pathetic used diaper of a taco. Whoever made this taco has completely given up on life. I didn't ask for no cheese, btw.
If you don't already know or aren't from Molalla, this Taco Bell is a legendary let-down through-and-through. Don't waste your money.
I will never order through this Taco Bell ever again in Molalla. The employees they have on the swingshift are some of the rudest punks I’ve ever seen. Orders are always wrong. They’re rude and they hang up over the phone. I will make it my mission to make sure those employees are fired. i’ve contacted Taco Bell‘s corporate management team. So hopefully this will no longer continue, but in the meantime, do not order through this restaurant.
