I really wanted some Taco Bell tacos. It had been a while since I had them. I am not sure if the recipe changed or my taste buds. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the ones I had. Just wasn't the same. I didn't care for them at all. It took a while at the drive-through, and I know the shortage of help issues. Let's say I will not be going back.
I just had the worst experience here. The cashier must’ve not known what she was doing, I said I wanted a grilled cheese burrito. She proceeds to ask me hard or soft… for a burrito? I asked for extra rice extra sour cream and NO chipotle sauce. The screen says extra, I correct her no big deal. Mind you this whole order for one burrito took almost 7 minutes for her to type in. And I get the burrito, yes thankfully no chipotle sauce. No sour cream, and also it wasn’t a grilled cheese burrito. No cheese on the outside, I should’ve just ordered on the app because it would have been quicker and I could have actually gotten the order ordered the correct way. And I hate leaving bad reviews but I was starving and left disappointed.

If I could give zero stars and still leave a comment I would. I worked in the food Industry for 20 years and never left a comment ever, anywhere. I got parked right off the bat on the other side of the building for fake drive through times. Out of the ten items I paid for I got four. I said thank you to the boy running ( only two cars in the drive through) because he was working hard. But to the degenerate human beings that put that old hard unable to chew food in my bag shame on you. I would never spend another cent at this taco bell. Save your money don’t stop here ever. This was 10pm on a Saturday. I could only imagine the food they would put ln during a rush
People that work here are slow and gross!
Every time we come we have to repeat ourselves multiple times, and then to not even get it right. It’s so annoying. We get our food, and then they go out for a cigarette break. We look inside and it’s a combination of two orders. We go back up and they’re still on their break. They finally come back in and they DO NOT WASH THIER HANDS, and stick them right in our bag! How nasty!!!! Place is also just all sticky, and a mess. Not busy, and I can see why. We will be calling the health inspector. Waste of money, wish we didn’t spend 30 bucks here on this. Do not recommend unless you want to get sick.
I really wish they would give us a zero star. The restaurant was filthy to start with. There were a couple people waiting inside the building. When we arrived there were 3 cars in the drive through. The staff never acknowledged my partner and I. We stood there for more than 10mins without any staff interaction with the 2 people that were waiting nor myself and my partner. They dealt with 5 cars and one of the guys inside. We still hadn't been even greeted so we left without ordering.
Was told wrong price for a order and got charged more than expected. Was given wrong item. They then made the item I ordered but made it wrong without the toppings I requested. Didn’t receive the sauces I requested either nor the drink that came with my meal. Had to go up front multiple times. I witnessed 2 other people return their order as well. Nacho fries were also stale and felt, taste, and looked old. Food didn’t taste as good as expected. The 2 drinks I chose had no flavor at all. It’s clear they needed refilling. Place wasn’t even busy at all.
This Taco ???? Bell shares space ???? with KFC. The drive thru was slow, but, it may have been because Taco ???? Bell ???? was giving away a free Doritos Locos Taco ???? through the Taco ???? Bell ???? app that day. Service was polite and they gave me a lot of napkins. I ???? thought the Doritos Locos Taco ???? had more flavor than their regular tacos. It needed more meat. Quite a lot of lettuce ???? and cheese ????.

Absolutely disgusting...NEVER AGAIN not this nasty location. The employees last night were horrible. I have never had such disgusting food in my entire life. When I saw how filthy the drive thru window was, I wish we just pulled off. Get your $hit together seriously.????
