The division location has the nicest employees. Tonight 4/26/24, I had the pleasure of talking to Ian. He was kind when both taking my order and talking to me at the drive through window. Instead of closing the window while my food was being prepared, he engaged in a nice conversation. Thanks Ian!

These people were disrespectful beyond what you would believe. Talking over my girl while she was trying to order saying "yeah" "uh hu" "right" I about lost it. The manager was sitting there letting them do it. They acted like a bunch of clowns. They should all be fired. So unprofessional I can't even effectively describe it.
This location is most convenient due to proximity to my home, but is extremely aggravating how the drive through employees are always playing around. I’ve gone several times and while I appreciate the friendly light hearted personality I would prefer they didn’t use accents and tell jokes and “try so hard” to be funny. The past three visits my order has been wrong yet I’m charged the extra $$ for the additions I added to my order. If you are going to go out of your way to play around then at least get the order right to justify not taking your job seriously.
There is nothing worse then getting home with partial orders or wrong orders and having been charged extra for them. Everyone’s first thought is going to be “if they weren’t messing around all the time they would get it right”. There is a fine line between friendly and immature.
Order accuracy is terrible. Park in the lot and check your order before you leave. 9 out of 10 times there is something missing. Btw... Never an apology!
It's fast food that's customizable. As a vegetarian with a meat eating spouse, we both can grab a quick bite without breaking the bank.
Wayyy too long of a wait. Over 30 minutes with only 7 cars ahead of me. wish there was a way out of this drive thru
