Have been to this location so many times and EVERY SINGLE time my food is wrong & missing items on my order. This is just lazy employees. I do not understand, a time or two I get it things happen and mistakes are made but come on. This falls on poor management follow through. When receiving order I open the bag to find my chips just dumped into the bag. This is terribly frustrating.
order is usually correct BUT management needs to stop playing shady games making customers wait to massage their drive thru stats. Go thru when it's busy & you'll see what I mean. Lots of unnecessary wait time being imposed on the customers so mgmt can look good.
This is a perception review.
I've been going to Taco Bell for a long time. I'd make the argument that as a whole this is really is the best fast food location or chain where it is, or was, a place to get nutrition and price value at the same time.
It is however, a taco ???? some amount of protein, vegetables and perhaps the added sauces.
But change is a part of the whole landscape and I'm at three stars for what I perceieve are these changes. Let's move forward.
I ordered some different types of tacos examples include: crunchy, crunchy taco supreme, nacho cheese dorito and a chalupa. Found the same cross-reference in all.
Does Taco Bell use real meat in their Tacos?
As a consumer I have the right to the answer to this question and at this point, amidst by products, plant based responses, potential for genetically modified food, for me it's a difficult task.
Taco Bell does a great job with it's physical facility, online ordering, kiosks and demeanor of it's staff but my three star concern remains, the beef. ????
One of the slowest Taco Bells. The staff Never talk to you and when they do it's short talk. I wish they would mark the food so you can tell what things are instead of having to open things to figure it out.
This has to be dirtiest Taco Bell I have visited in a long time. Customer service was non-existent. Half the staff was too focused on cleaning the second food line and were not helping with taking care of customers standing inside the restaurant watching them clean begind the counter. Some even made time to check their phones all while we were wating on our food and to place orders. Oh and the forgot that the dining room was still open and that perhaps we should clean out there too. The photos speak for themselves.
Having food allergies, I never have to throw my food away due to criss contamination. Friendly and fresh. Thanks!
This is one of the only Taco Bell locations I will regularly visit when I’m in the area because they rarely mess up my order in any way and the staff are always kind and competent. I don’t usually stop for fast food places bc of the nightmare it usually becomes. This Taco Bell is actually on their game.
Staff said the system was down while I was in drive through but I went and ordered with no problem from kiosk. This was at midnight and they are supposed to be open till 3
