The last time I was here a few months ago I came in and ordered and waited literally 45 minutes and my order hadn't even been started, I told them I had to go and to please cancel my order. I never got that money back (it was over 30 dollars) and they never made the food. Also they were touching dirty stuff with the gloves they were using making food with.
A few months later I figured they must surely be better by now and I didn't notice anything gets with their gloves but it still took way too long to get out food. There was one person ahead of us and whatever was going on with drive through. I only saw two people working. This place seriously needs to find a way to get more staff to run it
The new cantina menu is a definite win! It's all great! Being charged for extra avacado sauce is disappointing. I spent over $70 on food and get charged for the extra sauce, don't be so cheap taco bell! Everyone is always friendly there but I can't remember the last time my order was correct. Sorry guys but that definitely needs improvement???? ????????
I can literally feel the food poisoning already, the sour cream was rotten, and I didn’t even notice until I was already done with one gordita crunch and I took a big bite out of the five layer burrito (because the sour cream was all on one side) the potatoes had to be more than 6 hours old rockhard and cold, I didn’t even get the right dessert lol, the only thing that was actually decent was the rootbeer. it’s the teenagers that don’t care about their jobs and just laugh at the customers through the window that are making this location look very very bad.
Walked in to order, stood at the counter while a chick and dude were checking out something on his cellphone, she turns around, looks at me and never came to the counter so I left. From the looks of all these reviews, good or bad, they're not even monitoring reviews. Hopefully the smart ones will see this and just stay away. Some crazy negative reviews for this location.
Ok I know Taco Bell has a certain reputation but generally I am please with several choices. Not today I threw my bowl out and had my companions food remade. The beans were inedible even for Taco Bell. McD is down the street, go there if you need quick food.
Please please double check your food before leaving, no matter how minimum customization you have. There is a very very good chance they either ignored it or forgot the food entirely! I don't know how they're still around with how frequently they mess up orders usually it's me and a group waiting for orders to be fixed.
Love my home town taco bell. Nice quick and always make sure I have everything I ordered. Never gotten sick here
They always mess up your food, even for the simplest of no sauce because of an allergy. They frequently forget food so you end up losing money because they forgot to put in food items. The food is good yes however you have to frequently go back to get your food fixed, and usually it takes two or three trys before they actually fix it.
I come here frequently and it is happened only once or twice in the past year that they actually got the order right (usually is no sauce or beans or actually having all my food)
