This taco bell isn't very clean. I ordered 3 taco supremes and they were old because the taco was meshed with the paper. It tasted old as well. The people working there were not friendly.
I just had to laugh at the lady blaming bad management for the dining room being closed. She literally had to walk past a dozen signs and ignore the signs all over the door saying dining room closed for remodeling.
I blame bad education lol.
The kids love going inside and eating but this location is Lobby is closed. Extremely busy Taco Bell I guess poor management is the issue.
Received wrong food and don't think you could get another ice cube in the cup. Poor listening skills. No napkins either. Update 5/26/24..Came here before work tonight around 11:30pm and ordered 2 regular taco's with no lettuce and a bean burrito. What I was rung up for was 2 crunchy taco specials with no lettuce and a cheesy double beef burrito. The taco's had more lettuce on there than the shell could hold and very little beef. I guess a major remodel didn't help anything. You can't fix stupid!
The ladies that run the register in the drive thru have always been very nice and most professional. I go out of my way to go to this taco bell because im treated well. Most fast food workers today are mad u are bothering them. These ladies are as pleasant as can be and deserve a raise!

This was the worst experience at a Taco Bell, ever!! Came here for lunch on a Tuesday and we opted to go inside. We placed our order on the kiosk and waited. 5 minutes passed, then 10... then 20... ???? not one person inside was getting their order. A few of us opted to get refunds and leave (us being one of them) but the wait was extremely long, no communication from ANY employee... I mean, just wow. We won't be returning to this one, that's for sure.
I really dislike the terminals they force you to order through. It quadruples the time it takes to place your order. The one on Great Neck absolutely refuses to let you place an order with a staff member. I don’t go as often as before and may not go again.
