My review is an overview of multiple times being there. Sometimes you get lucky and staff really care and food is great, other times they treat you like you are a menace just for eating there. You could ask for two packets of sauce and they toss full handfuls of each kind in the bag. I love having an extra sauce packet drawer as much as the next guy, but my friend came home the other night with the bottom absolutely, wasteful full of sauces. He didn't even ask for any sauces!
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I work in the fast food industry so I totally get it, however, the women in the window was so rude it’s an understatement. I will never return to this taco bell because of her. I tried to pick up my mobile order in the drive through but was told I couldn’t so I would have to pull around and wait in line a second time since I had more than one order ready for pick up. When I tried to go inside, the door was unlocked so I walked inside (this is my first time at this store). I was screamed at and told that the lobby was closed at 11 (which again, I was unaware of since there were no signs and the door was unlocked). To all this, she said “We close the lobby at 11 every day it’s nothing new. GET OUT.” and was also yelled at by another woman who said the door was only open so she could grab her cigarettes. All I have to say is it was very unprofessional and a very unpleasant experience overall. Had any of this been relayed in a nicer tone, I would’ve had no problem waiting but this was absolutely unacceptable treatment. I cancelled my remaining order and will never return again; I hope this staff gets a serious attitude adjustment.
I love taco bell and my favorite is taco salad and then they stopped sale it. But that's ok. When you get Mexican food it has sour cream on it. And salsa.. but the last 5 times I went there NO SOUR CREAM OR TOMATOES ON MY FOOD. I reminded them to put SOUR CREAM on it and no they don't put it on it.
Had a great meal. Staff was very friendly. Always happy at taco bell ????
One word for overnight service. Horrible. Even with a FULL kitchen from what I witnessed, I still managed to sit in the drive-through for 1 hour! Mind you, my food was already ready & paid for from Doordash. I called to see if someone was able to meet me by the front door to at least hand my my already cold food or cancel the order. It was against the rules and apparently i had to cancel which ended up being too late since the food was already made almost an hour prior. It makes absolutely no sense as to why the managers wouldn't implement a strategy for pick-up only ATLEAST to combat the never moving drive through lines. Do better!!!! I also work at the hospital overnight and don't have too much time to enjoy my break. Entire break wasted on a drive through carline ????Never again.

Ordered through the mobile app online around 10:30, came to the store and waited. Pulled around to park since the store wasn’t answering and saw flyers on the window saying opening at 11. Since our mobile orders went through we decided to just wait the 30 min. Close to 11, like 10:56 pulled up to drive through to wait and was asked to either come in or pull up 5 min later. Not sure why we couldn’t wait in line but whatever. Parked and came in at 11.
Whoever opened the door was friendly but after that the bad experience got worse. Went to counter and said we had mobile orders, employee was obviously annoyed we (came in group) had them. Was told since it’s 11 they cannot do breakfast anymore. Asked for reasoning/refund and they said they opened late bc the snow. Roads were fine but who knows I don’t know how that affected them when every other fast food place opened on time. (This taco bell is literally a gamble you never know if they’ll be open or not when they should be) Asked about refund again after I spent $25 ish and they said couldn’t do it you just have to use the app, didn’t tell me anything about how. Looked through app when I got home and will be getting a refund but in 2-3 days. Left after we wasted so much time just trying to get breakfast.
Don’t know why they opened late given other business, mobile app let us order even though the place was “closed”, and very rude staff that was unhelpful when we came in. Love taco bell but will never be coming back to this one.
Taco Bell has tasty, inexpensive food. They are often changing up their menu and releasing new items. Service at this Taco Bell location is usually decent. They stay open much later than other restaurants in Morgantown, WV.
I ordered the food online and I figured it would take maybe 10 minutes to make. As soon as I walked in I knew there would be problems. The people in the kitchen were arguing and cursing at each other, and the manager had to tell them to watch their language. After about an hour, my friend got his single empanada, and it was still frozen in the middle. I asked about my order after this, and they had not even started preparing it. I finally received my order, and I was very disappointed because my side of nacho cheese sauce was not even halfway filled. Overall, this may have been the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Very disappointing.
