Worst Taco bell in the Summerlin area. Always out of something, orders are always wrong or unapealing.. every time I go something is messed up. I threw away my whole order today. The chips and cheese tasted awful like chemicals, horrible horrible taste, something was really wrong with them. Potatoes are always hard and cold. Then they only had 2 flavors of freezes when the menu clearly says otherwise. Not helpful or sanitary. Wouldnt recommend.
Corporate is being greedy and trying to shut down the cashiers and force you to interact with their horrible electronic systemm. Went in to get food and the cashier told me he cant take my order, walked me over to a computer and suggested I order there. Stop wasting money on stocks and pay your workers a living wage.
Btw the workers were friendly, sucks their overhead bosses want more income and rather chop corners. Dont come here, support elsewhere.
Just witnessed a mother and toddler with a fully loaded diaper placed on the front counter of Taco Bell. The staff continued to serve food on the counter and didn't sanitize it after the mother picked up the baby. The child also ran barefoot throughout the restaurant and the kitchen. A fine example of bad parenting also. GROSS! ????????
I love taco bell. People have their bad days and I so happen to get that sad chalupa with 6 pieces of cubed chicken. So I must share it.

Food is always fine for fast food at a decent price.The service is excellent and always nice.It is not the easiest job but they are always nice.
Very friendly and fast service. Clean lobby and tables. A employee came around the counter to help me with the kiosk to place my order and explained how to do it as he helped me place it.
Xavier was my cashier and drive thru person...his personality and customer service was pleasant. He values his job and cares about his guest. Xavier made my day with his genuine nature abd positive energy.

Used drive thru to order food. . Long wait with only 1 vehicle already at the pick-up window. When we received our food, my kids decided they wanted sauce. When we got the attention of the drive thru employee and asked for some, she proceeded to say with a little stank face..." You didn't mention any sauce when you ordered." I'm sorry, what?!??!? Since when? Keep your slick back talk to yourself and just hand over the sauce so we can be out! Why and how does her statement help the situation at hand. Wasted breath. Taco Bell needs to regulate her poor quality customer service and retrain her. Better yet, put her on the food line so she doesn't deal with absolutely zero customers.
