I had an appointment at 8:30am Saturday morning and I called and made the appointment on Tuesday. They told me to call and remind them of my appointment the day before like that’s bad business first off. Then I get here and no one is here and then the lady that was here Tried to get me to change my hair style after I told her no. I sit for 2 1/2 hours and the man says the lady that does them still not here and she has nerve problems. I said listen that’s understandable however this is a business and your customer service stinks because you could’ve said that before earlier in the week and not wait til today however she is getting paid for a service not doing it for free so I don’t see what the problem is. I said I should be asking for $20 off for every hour y’all late. I go get food and come back and still not here. Very unprofessional waste of my time and inconsiderate. Would not recommend for anyone !

I went here a year ago to get box braids and had the worse experience ever. The man that owns the place TRIED to blow out my hair and ended up pulling plugs out of my hair and complained that my hair was too thick and tried to charge me more money. If you do not know how to do hair then don't put your hands in anyone's hair. Left me with a headache for a whole week. If you want box braids, then go somewhere else!! This place has poor management and the owner is very rude!

First when I asked for Jumbo knotless braids the owner told me it would be $200 because he charges the same price for all knotless braids although in the past he has given me prices based on the length and size. He then tried to convince me to get box braids and I told him that’s not what I wanted. When I told him I would just go somewhere else he told me he would charge me $160 for jumbo knotless braids so I agreed and he asked me to pay immediately and I did. What I ended up with is the BOX BRAIDS shown in the picture. When I told him they were not knotless braids he proceeded to try to convince me that they were knotless, and that some people do them differently and that it only “appeared” to be a knot because of the size, even though I showed him several pictures of jumbo knotless braids which did not have the KNOT because it’s a different process. So I walked away without Being offered any of my money back or an offer to do them correctly. I got the wrong style (box braids) although I specifically asked for KNOTLESS braids and I think it was intentional because he did not want to do the knotless braids for less than $200 even though they are much larger than the braids I have paid $200 for in the past. Do not trust them

Been going to this lady for yrs she is never the one to do my hair anymore they all have bad attitude and unprofessional the service has gotten ridiculous!! Do yourself a favor and find another shop so go here they absolutely don't do

These people are the absolute worse. They did not even start on our hair for 2 hours. Then the person doing my hair left for an “appointment” and I sat getting nothing done to my head another 2 hours. All this after I had paid my money. Worst experience ever!!!!!

I came to Sally's braiding after being told by Africa's best that they couldn't do my hair even tho I had a scheduled appt. They wanted me to call back the next evening to schedule 2 days later!!! I immediately came to Sally's with no long wait. The price was bout $20 more than I normally paid but I need my hair braided asap. Amy was amazing. She did a great job on my tribal braids. I would highly recommend!!

Sorta bad experience here , the owner told me my style was $100 and I came with that price. He left and after the lady finished my hair she said $120 . Sum of it all it's not the money part, but theses people are very money hungry. I can tell from how many times the man kept calling me to come and get my hair did. Then the lady was rushing to do my braids they don't even look like the braids on the picture I showed her. They aren't worth $100 they we're super big and tight to we're I had to calll out from work . 1 week worth of braids . If you value your money don't go here !!!
