Love this place. Clean and reasonably priced. Normally go in for the Early Bird breakfast which is always A1. Prices increased a bit recently in line with everything else but still reasonable. Staff friendly too. Also like the old school music in the background. None of this modern nonsense.
We had an excellent lunch of scampi, chips and side salad together with a cooling vanilla milk shake. The upcycled sewing machine tables provide an original ambiance. The meal was served promptly and the environment was not crowded.
Absolutely love the food and the place is clean and the prices are good and the staff are so polite and friendly I will continue to come here please visit the this place

This quaint coffee shop is a hidden gem hidden inside Rivergate shopping arcade. River arcade seems like quite an old building, so is a pleasure to step into & admire its archaeological merits anyway. We walked and were looking at the menu where we rescued by the manager as we were debating whether to walk on by. I am glad that we didn't as we ordered a vegetarian big breakfast, carrot cake and tea. When they say big they mean it. 3 eggs, 3 hash browns, steamed tomatoes, beans and toast. All for under a tenner! Quick (breakfast arrived within 5-10mins) value for money service and wonderful courteous, staff. What is there not to just love about this place?
Service was brilliant, staff were extremely welcoming and the food was fantastic. Please do stop, you won’t be disappointed. Great value for money!!
