Well I tried to use their services. I made an appointment and got there on time. I was not greeted, I was looked at as to why I was there, not welcomed in. To make a long story short, I was not taken care of, was waiting well over 30 minutes without explanation or apologies. I feel like if you didn't have the staff or didn't care about new customers over the clientele you spent more time talking to then helping all clients maybe you should schedule more appropriately.

My pedicure was rushed, the paint from my GEL PEDICURE came off within a week. Tech insisted that my toenails were the same length and clearly they weren’t. Horrible experience for the price.

Not enough help. When they don't want you to know what they're talking about they speaks their language. They use the "quick route" When doing manicures and pedicures no matter how much we are willing to pay. Their work is not worth the charge!

Their shop is not over crowded with ppl. When you make an appointment they service you at the time you set.

This place is great. They're extremely nice and do great work. No complaints at all. Excellent for nail color, eyelashes, eyebrows, manicures, pedicures, etc.
